"This is not a quiet hotel. It is more of a B&B. It is a beautiful place, and the art installations are really interesting. The furnishings in the room are really cool and funky. The neighborhood is very quaint, and the end is close to cafés and bars and galleries. That’s the good. There are no staff on site after the afternoon. One night there was no hot water. Their system usually depends on solar panels, but there had not been sun and somebody forgot to turn on the back up. The rooms...

"A beautiful building. Comfortable bed and a great night's sleep. Spacious room with a lounge. Bathroom was big with a spacious deep bath, good shower unit lovely blue tiles. Our balcony had a view over St Theresa and down town Rio.
Staff were very help when our WiFi was not working and I was using up all of my data allowance. The fault was fixed. A view of a variety of birds from our balcony, even marmasets.
Room was clean. The neighbourhood vibrant, lively and lots of restaurants bars and...

"Ótimo apartamento! Espaçoso, tudo muito limpo e organizado. Espaço completo e novo, toda equipe muito gentil e solicita, além de estar atenta o tempo todo a portaria e prontamente respondeu nossas dúvidas. Ponto de ônibus na porta do prédio, posto de gasolina na esquina o que facilita o embarque e desembarque de carro de app. Indico demais!!"

"The weather was horrible. Also I didn’t like that drinks weren’t served until after 12PM when on vacation you should be able to get a drink early morning lol. I didn’t like how staff wasn’t pleasing stay could’ve been better if the drinks and staff was more available"

"The only downside to this property was the location. The surrounding area was very dirty and felt unsafe especially after dark. But the actual property was great, nice breakfast with a lot of options. Several of the staff spoke English which was very helpful."

"I guess this is a very popular hotel in Rio because when I checked in, I noticed that there were six staff members at the front desk.
I booked a Standard Room, but in my opinion, it should only be rated as a 2.5-star hotel. When I checked in, I noticed that the room had a terrible smell. I had to leave the ventilation fan running all night just to make the room more comfortable.
The next day, my room was not cleaned at all, and I was not given any appropriate explanation as to why housekeeping...
