My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 11 days, and we absolutely loved it! From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. Luis and Alex at the front desk were incredibly helpful and welcoming. I had a small issue with our original room, and Luis went above and beyond by moving us to a larger room with a better view—at no extra cost! Leo and Juan, our servers, were total sweethearts and made our mornings extra special. And the breakfast… OMG—so delicious, fresh, and beautifully served! Our room was always spotless, thanks to the amazing cleaning staff who came every day and made sure everything was clean and tidy. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed and with easy access to all the main tourist attractions. We’re so happy we chose this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

We order food on Saturday evening , I had to call for the plates to be picked on Monday , no cleaning service at all . Not to mention the room was dirty , towels were old and stained , bathroom floor dirty . The TV stopped working on the first night , had to be replaced after I called and a grumpy guy came to check it. Internet didn't work properly until it stopped completely. Elevator didn't work for 2 days , only one working on a 19 stories building full for the holidays. The reception doesn't answer the phone , we had to go downstairs for information on TV , internet, etc..

Os quartos precisam de reforma, no meu, por exemplo, a torneira da pia do banheiro estava solta, a porta danificada. O atendimento do restaurante na parte da noite foi falho, fiz um pedido e não fui atendida e nem avisada que não poderiam fazer. Uma pena, pois a localização é excelente.

Chegamos ao Hotel às 09:00 da manhã e solicitamos antecipação da diária, ainda que houvesse custos. Os Atendentes só nos atenderam depois das 14:30; Não é obrigação ter a acomodação para oferecer. Mas também não tenho obrigação de ficar em silêncio sobre isso e deixar de comentar. Para quem vai a Embaixada Americana e nas obrigações de quem busca o Visto, é o local ideal para se hospedar. Só. Café da manhã atende. Fiquei com a minha filha e esposa durante 6h no saguão do hotel aguardando um quarto.

Primeiro o processo de check in é péssimo. Chegamos antes do horário e o colaborador disse que haveria possibilidade de entrar mais cedo cfme os quartos forem sendo limpos. Aguardamos e nada, mesmo com diversas saídas acontecendo em nossa frente. Outras pessoas começaram a chegar e o recepcionista então passava a posição de que somente as 14h seriam liberados .Questionei pq ele não havia dito isto ao chegarmos, pois então teríamos possibilidade de deixar as malas e sair e o mesmo disse que são regras entrar somente após as 14h mesmo com quartos liberados. Às 14h em ponto eles começam a chamar por ordem de chegada quem preencheu as fichas de pré cadastro, ou seja, presenciei pessoas que tiveram seus quartos liberados somente após 14h35 mesmo estando na recepção há algumas horas. Ao entrar no quarto, os lençois com muitas manchas, cabelo no chão e a noite apareceram algumas baratinhas no banheiro. Péssima experiência, atendimento e cortesia de todos os colaboradores. E ainda ao fazer o check out o colaborar atrasou nossa saída porque disse estar pendente de pagamento sendo que ja estava pago pelo Hoteis.com. Mesmo mostrando o recibo, reserva etc ele nos segurou por alguns minutos até entender que realmente já estava pago e o problema seria com o hotel.
