Apart from renovations going on and the elevators out of service for a few days it wasn't too bad. The area is actually pretty quiet at night there was 24h Pharmacy within walking distant. Very close to the beach as well a 5 min walk!. What really was nice was the chamber maid organized my thngs

5 min walk to Copacabana Beach. Near lots of stores and restaurants. You can book tours directly through the hotel and they make it super easy for you. The bar and pool on the roof has a great view of the beach. Rooms and a bit outdated but it was a quick overnight stay so it wasn’t a big deal.

This hotel was amazing! I was nervous after booking it as i saw a lot of bad reviews. The rooms were clean, the staff was amazing and the location is perfect! Carlos at the front desk upgraded our room and made check in a breeze. The roof top pool is also amazing. I definitely would recommend this hotel.

For the money this was a decent hotel. A little too far back from the beach, especially for walking back at night. Staff were friendly. The pool area was definitely lacking in ambiance.

Staff was good and excellent response to issues. Clean. Good restaurant inside. Problem was wifi cut out often so dropped calls and had access to internet issues. I was able to pay for a 6 hour late check out fir one of my two rooms.

The property itself was very nice but the lobby didn’t have a welcoming smell. It looks like they were in the process of some construction and above I notice some water damage stains. The rooms itself was great except the bathroom. Bathroom was clogged and the housekeeper did not change towels. Toilet was very loud and not pleasant. There was only one front desk staff that was friendly otherwise the others didn’t seem to care about concerns. The pool was also very small.

Old hotel. The rooms don’t seem to have been renovated in decades. But it’s clean and service is good. Nice rooftop with pool. Buffet breakfast was good.

The staff was amazing! They were accommodating with the language barrier. The room was not like the pictures, there was black mold everywhere, there was mold under the refrigerator too. The walls are paper thin.

Fab location

Great location only a short walk from Copacabana beach with numerous shops and eateries around. Food in the hotel was not great and choice limited but reasonable price wise. The room itself was great with plenty of room and included a must have, a fridge. The hotel has a swimming pool but unfortunately lack of time prevented its use but it did look inviting. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay again.
