"Clean room, kind staff at breakfast and well located."

"Good"

"It was a pleasant stay, location very convenient."

"Customer service was amazing. Very helpful. First time visitor to Santiago, one of their staff help me navigate to the proper driving access and parking. I thought I would be spending the night in my car, but they were very helpful to figure out where the hotel was located in the confusing tunnel system and central park that Santiago has.
