Nice hotel and can recommend. Very good location, nice interior, clean rooms with an amazing view of the Main Street. Would have given 5 stars in rating, if the cleaning crew wouldn’t have stood twice in my room at 8:45 / 9:00 while I was still sleeping (woke up and was a bit surprised).

Beautiful classic hotel in the historic downtown of Santiago.Great amenities,beautiful bar area and a bountiful breakfast included.We had a very large room on the 3rd floor which stepped out onto a patio,allowing us to check the weather and also to enjoy some fresh air.

The location was excellent. The staff were brilliant, very helpful. They even tried to help us with our problem of delayed baggage at the airport. They didn’t have to. The room was a good size and well maintained. Breakfast was good. It was useful having the bar open when you got back to the hotel late in the evening. I would recommend this hotel if staying in Santiago.
