I sent a complaint to the property and I was met with correction of the issue and a nice response. Here was my issue, including the bed being TERRIBLE. I had back ache each day I woke up.
To whom it may concern:
First, I would like to thank you for your time reading my issue here. I would have liked to address you by first name but I was only given an email by hotel staff. I know how hard you work and I appreciate your attention to this email. I am writing to you today to express an issue that happened this morning around 610 am. I had a tour pick up at 630 am- along with about 30 other people. I knew breakfast wasn’t an option but I had expected to find at least hot water for tea. There was only coffee. I had thought I’d find this since we don’t have a way to make hot water in the room. The waitress was verging on harassing me. She approached me four times when trying to get water. The front desk person - Luis- was solution focused and got it for me. I tried to get more after he got a cup for me and the waitress again attacked me. Over hot water and tea. Side note- I bring my own tea bags when I travel because I have digestion issues. First- to be accosted like this when o am just waking up also disturbs my digestion. If I don’t have hot water in the morning to wake up to- I have severe gastro issues- I won’t go into my personal health issues but you should know I needed the hot water- I didn’t just want it.
