We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed each day. The restaurant was very good for breakfast and happy hour/ dinner. We enjoyed the food, drinks and service. The wait staff were very friendly and helpful. The property is located right on Kennedy Ave., and with quick access to expressways to other areas os town. It is also a walking distance from Parque Arauco and Open Kennedy Shopping Malls. Security around the area may be an issue nowadays

I had dinner on the first night , order some meet with vegetables, and pure. the meet was ok, the pure also, the vegetables were what was left from the breakfast, disappointing this super hotel use this kind of procedure.

The room reserved was not ready by check in time so I had to accept a different room type. Once in the room, we discovered the bathroom had no running water; once we turn on the water valve, we discovered the flushing system was malfunctioning, and WE FIXED IT. The next day the hotel provided a room in accordance with the original reservation. However, the coffee machine was malfunctioning: it was never replaced. The bathroom was only cleaned once in the week of stay. The mattresses were too soft and both my husband and I ended up with a hurt back. The only saving grace was the breakfast... Marriott? This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in!
