Crummy hotel in awful neighborhood

This hotel is disgusting--there was hair on the bathroom wall 😒 and the bathroom floor was dirty. At breakfast, the eggs were watery. And to top it off, this hotel is in a terrible, dangerous neighborhood.

Muitos turistas acham pelo Google maps como boa localização. Mas esse bairro estação central é extremamente mal cuidado, perigoso, pichado... Os outros bairros do Chile são tranquilos e lindos. O reflexo no hotel foi o barulho extremamente alto da estação que tem na rua ao lado. Os quartos não possuem isolamento acústico. Então será normal acordar às 06 da manhã com buzinas altas e gritos de camelôs. O atendente não permitiu mudarmos de quarto.

Small but quaint in a lively neighborhood

Although we found the room quite small for a family of three it was still very comfortable. We liked that there were stores and restaurants nearby and our toddler was fascinated with the view from the window.

Excellent location

When it comes to Location, this hotel is a prize winner. It’s located bang next to the Turbus bus station; And a couple of minutes walk To the metro station. Cheap transportation sorted. Staff are lovely. The room however wasn’t all great: very tiny and oldish! But I stayed only a night.

Mohos en ventilas del baño

El estado de limpieza de la habitación buena excepto que ventila y lámpara del baño observe mohos . Sería de utilidad que puedan ofrecer al huésped agua mineral en la habitación.
