"The Uber to and from the airport was great! The staff was very helpful. There was no outlet in the bathroom so couldn't put a nightlight there. The floor was sticky. Overall very nice!"

"I had no expectations of a hotel located in a popular shopping area, but it really is a lovely hotel with a European bent. Very quiet interior courtyard, extremely friendly and helpful staff and large rooms beautifully appointed. Just really impressed."

"Clean rooms and breakfast included! A bit noisy from outside street traffic at night. Great place to stay next to SJSU & SJ downtown. Parking is $45 a night, got lucky and parked on limited street parking."
