"One of staff, a black gentleman, is so rude. I had a question regarding parking discount but, not only he gave me a wrong information, he talked to me very rude. He Stopped me mid sentence, speaking in a condescending way. Later I found he was wrong. Furniture and carpet in the room was very old and dirty. Overall, terrible stay"

"Check in was smooth and staff was kind. Location of hotel was unsafe and pictures of property online were overly enhanced compared to what you see in person. One out of our two rooms was not clean upon stay and we were unable to get ahold of staff to help until second day when cleaners came. Loud surroundings at night with people walking close to doors and testing whether doors were locked, felt unsafe to go to sleep. "
