The staff at the hotel was very nice & welcoming, this is my second time at this hotel. The breakfast was good. But although I got there early, I couldn't get eggs (they run out of them early and didn't cook more) I'd stay in this place again in my next visit to San Jose.

Full of cockroaches everyday. Have caught about 2 to 3 roaches everyday. No room cleaning everyday. Red colored stain in a curtian which seems like blood. Don’t know why they take $150 additionally when checking in. Will never book this place again. They don’t have any will to keep the hotel clean. Terrible.

The hotel overall was good. The staff were very friendly and the hotel was clean. The only two issues were the homeless living along the street in front of the hotel and the pool is under maintenance.

My biggest gross out was the roach problem. We stayed 3 days. Everyday we saw small roaches. Older rooms, dated. Patchy fixes like door handles don’t bother me as much as the homeless people living around the hotel property and parking lot. I also paid for my cousins room as he was visiting from overseas. I was kinda embarrassed we chose this hotel. Staff was super friendly tho, I don’t blame them. They were extremely helpful and attentive. they can’t control all these hotel problems. That’s a management issue.
