⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Pleasant stay at Hyatt Place San Jose Downtown! The hotel is great, and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff was excellent, especially Nick at the front desk. He handled my check-in flawlessly while also bartending — very professional and friendly. Outstanding service!
