"The staff was kind of off putting- not super friendly or personable. Elevator was broken. Location is kind of in a little bit of a shady area so I had to check my truck multiple times though out the night as I was traveling with a loaded up U-Haul and afraid of it being broken into. Be aware they charged $40 more for a double queen non-smoking room- if anything the smoking rooms which have to be cleaned more thoroughly should have the increase in charge NOT the people who are helping to maintain a clean room- so that didn’t make sense to me. Otherwise property was clean."

"Excellent property. Clean, comfortable. They hire you an Uber to shuttle to airport so whenever you’re ready, they’re ready. Great service. The only thing i didn’t like was the sheets - they were clean and new, but were polyester or some synthetic fabric which i didn’t like - personal preference only. Everything else was 100% great."

"Clean room, comfortable bed, and nice staff. I didn’t use any of the amenities but they looked pretty good. No complaints. I would stay again if in the area."

"Nice clean and convenient hotel near airport. Room was large and very comfortable. Airport shuttle was prompt and easy. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. We will definitely stay here again when flying out of this airport."

"This is a nice hotel downtown San Jose and what you would expect from a Hilton. I do however have some feedback: 1) if there is any noice outside it feels as though the windows are open. 2) there is no smart TV in the room so you are left watching whatever channels are available, unless you have you laptop with you 3) room service and restaurant prices are extremely high 4) the bathroom light is a motion detection light, so it will turn off on you in the middle of your shower. No big issues, just details I wanted to share. I would definitely stay here again!"
