"Rooms were cleaned, staff was pleasant, good bkst"

"The sheets had distinct shoe prints on them, towels were dirty, construction was impossible to get around with luggage and everything taped off or a hazard zone in the entrance and exit. Staff was rude, parking was expensive. The view was nice being on the top floor. We liked that we could bike anywhere. Chinatown was close by. The hotel isn’t the best but the location is great."

"Coffee cookei and water free 24hour "

The service was excellent, and everyone we interacted with was friendly and welcoming. The location is awesome, with so much to see and do nearby. We also really enjoyed the food! Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!"
