Davide communicated well, explained the check in process as well as how to find the b&b. We would stay here again!"

"We loved our stay. The apartment is beautifully decorated and our room was so spacious. The bed was so comfy, and shower was a good size and great water pressure. The apartment is in a residential area, about a 10-12m uber ride to Trastevere and about 20m to the airport, so it was perfect for our last night. Also, there is a little convenience store right next to the apartment, which was great to get snacks and water. Also, the host is really nice and helpful."

Had to check in super early because we landed early morning and they were able to accommodate us which we appreciated. We got to shower after a long flight before exploring the city. I love how convenient everything was. Bus direct to the main spot and everything was walking distance. Will definitely stay here again!"

"There are so many restaurants and coffee shops near by! The best part of the neighborhood is that less than a block away is a market with dozens of food and artisan stalls. You can choose from many cuisines, coffees, and fresh flowers, meat, etc. This location can’t be beat. The hotel is spotless. Everything is clean, the bathroom is modern with great toiletries. The staff is awesome and always helpful. Next time we’re in Rome we’re staying at Bob W."

"Mini supermarket across the small piazza was very handy. Taxi rank, bus stop and tram stop outside. Room was lovely and in excellent condition. I didn't use the breakfast items but enjoyed the cookies with a coffee after dinner. Walk to many cafes and trattorias and to the historic part of Rome. Couldn't have been better."

"Spacious suite with kitchen, dining, bedroom, bath and sala. I really appreciate the free laundry facility and locker room for luggage. Late checkout option is also a plus. Location is within 2 mi of the Colosseum and Basilica, and 5 mi of the Vatican."

"Look no further. I spent hours looking for a place to stay. This is a great property! It is a full apartment with a kitchen and washer and dryer. It is very modern and spacious. The apartment was very clean and the shutters that roll down on both windows helps with sleep. The neighborhood is great! There are many food options close. Check-in was a breeze. "We couldn't be happier about our stay! Ursula sent her son to meet us because our arrival timing was off and he was simply delightful. The entire arrangement was excellent. You have your own room and bathroom and a shared kitchen that's open 24/7. No set time for breakfast. It's literally a 90 second walk to Tiber Island. PLENTY of shopping within walking distance. We will definitely be keeping the info for our next trip to Rome."
