"My two coworkers and I needed a nice and safe place to stay while we were in Barcelona for the weekend and Be Mate Travestevere was excellent! Excellent location with a great cafe next door and across the street. Super close to other great restaurants and close to everything we wanted to see. The apartment was immaculate, the beds were comfy and the decor was super cute. If you need a safe place to stay I would HIGHLY recommend this place. "Great find at a reasonable price. We arrived after 7 pm so no staff at desk but the directions were very clear and the room was lovely and spotless. Breakfast served to room by very cheerful staff, and we ate on balcony. Not in central Rome but if you're OK with this interesting Trastevere area, I'd recommend."

"Lovely B&B in a renovated Italian villa. The neighborhood was safe, the room was pretty and clean, and so quiet, I never heard my neighbors. I learned upon arriving that this is a B&B, not a standard hotel. I arrived after the 8pm check-in closure, and had to call the place to get in. I'm extremely grateful to the kind woman who runs this place for getting up in the middle of the night to let me in! She was very kind and accommodating."

"I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The apartment was comfortable and conveniently located near a train station, bus and metro stops, and a taxi point. There were several restaurants just downstairs and plenty more within walking distance. I stayed at Trastevere novecento while visiting Universita Roma Tre, and found the location quite convenient for anything on the west side of the city (Stadio Olimpico, Vatican/St. Peter's, Porta Portese, Old Forum, Colloseum, Spanish Steps, etc.)."
