"This is a BEAUTIFUL hotel! The room was spacious and clean. The balcony was so nice ( unfortunately I had a lot of rain/fog so I couldn’t enjoy the beautiful view). There is a cute cafe on the property which was very convenient. The staff were so kind and helpful. The location is great if you want to be a little out of the city center. Highly recommend, I will be coming back for sure."

"Staff is overall pleasant and responsive. We had two hours of waiting after check out before transfer came and Doorman noticed us sitting in lobby and asked if need taxi. Told him wait time and he got us iced tea… Room has a small balcony with great view of Sapa valley and Moana statue/park when it is not foggy. Buffet breakfast is very good and good varieties. The hotel restaurant has good dishes and comparable prices to outside restaurants. It is located downhill just outside of city center which means walking into center is uphill! Overall very nice hotel for price."
