A fantastic hotel - the staff were all excellent - the General Manager Mr Nguyen Van Phuong was really helpful and made our stay very special. The views from the hotel were incredible and it was truly a 5 star hotel. Breakfast one of the best and most varied we have ever encountered. Room was spacious and comfortable. A short taxi ride from Sapa town centre. Superb!

Our stay at Lady Hill Resort was exceptional from start to finish. The room was modern, spotless, and offered a stunning panoramic view of the mountains. The pool and hot tub also showcased the same incredible scenery, making for a truly relaxing experience. The gym was well-maintained and equipped with everything needed for a solid workout, including both weights and cardio machines. Breakfast was superb—a generous spread that catered beautifully to both Eastern and Western tastes. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend Lady Tree Resort to anyone visiting Sapa. This hotel is absolutely stunning, with beautiful views (when the weather allows). The rooms are extremely luxurious. We stayed in an Executive Suite, and it was one of the best rooms we’ve ever experienced. The breakfast was also incredible. The hotel is a bit far from the main town, but getting around is easy. Grab drivers can pick you up right from the hotel, and the hotel also offers shuttles. Our only feedback is around housekeeping. The room wasn’t cleaned to the standard we expected, and even the bed wasn’t properly made after we left for the day. For a hotel of this level, we expected better room service. Aside from that, everything else was amazing and we really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend it.

It was very nice and comfortable stay. All the staff were so nice, although the check in and check out process could have been faster. Cleaning ladies were good as well, every night desert delivery was so sweet too. Bathroom was nice, but I think it stinks sometimes... Pool needs heating though seriously.

Great hotel for family

We were a family of 4,kids 9 and 7. The hotel was amazing! The room was big and spacious with 1 extra rollover bed. Great diversity in breakfast, super helpful staff and service. The kids loved the game room. Location was super great right in the entrance to Fansipan plus shuttle service to/from Sapa center. Hotel pool and hot huge jacuzzi was nice way to end the day plus saunas. High pressure shower and very hot water. The food in the hotel restaurant (pizza, cheeseburger and fries) was excellent! Highly recommend!
