"We had an absolutely amazing experience. This is, without question, one of the most beautiful and best hotels to stay at in Sapa. While it is priced higher than many other properties in the area, the value is exceptional—you truly get what you pay for, and more. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, hospitable, kind, and consistently courteous. The amenities are outstanding, the food is excellent, and every detail reflects quality and thoughtful service. We were especially grateful for the surprise welcome gifts—chocolates and fresh fruits—which made our stay feel even more special. The heated indoor swimming pool was a highlight, providing a relaxing and refreshing escape from the cold mountain weather. Another major convenience is the hotel’s direct connection to Sun Plaza – Sapa Station, making access to the tram to Fansipan incredibly easy and seamless. Overall, a true 5-star experience. "We stayed at Stella de Boutique Hotel for two nights with friends. We truly enjoyed our stay.The couple who own the hotel are truly some of the most wonderful people I’ve met in Vietnam. They are incredibly kind, always helpful, and genuinely go out of their way to assist with anything you need. The hotel itself is spotless, and the breakfast buffet is absolutely excellent. A truly lovely place to stay."

"The location is great, very quiet within walking distance to everything, Sapa has ski village vibes. The owner is often working at the front desk and is genuinely an incredible human. We arrived 630 AM on the train and he permitted us to check-in to our rooms early, as well as check out at 5 PM with no extra costs! He even upgraded us to a superior room because it was available! He helped us book a one-day trek with a local and it was so fun and informative! We are active 50 year olds and found one day to be plenty for us if you plan to trek, it was so beautiful and VERY muddy in January. Mr Kim is a gem! I can't say enough good things about Mountain Queen House and highly recommend. I would also email Mr Kim to assist with any tour bookings and transpiration needs - excellent prices with quality services. You will not regret staying here."

"COLD. The windows and doors were open all the time. It was always cold throughout the building. No working restaurant. Elevator does not go to all floors. Staff was friendly. Outlets were an issue. Door had several large cracks. We had hot water. Bathroom vented to another room. It would be very easy to film or watch someone from there. The spa smelled dank and was unclean. It was staffed by people who arrived from other facilities. Their skills were untrained. Laundry service was fast and convenient. The sink drained straight to the floor. We reattached it and they were unconcerned about the leaking. "

"The hotel was stunning. We unfortunately came in foggy weather so did not get to enjoy the views but the bungalow was so cosy and comfortable. It has good working air con/heating and an electric blanket in the bed as it was cold when we were there. It's so clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was lovely, the little wooden tub was so cute and made for a lovely hot bath. It was clean. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. They accomodated early check in as soon as a room was available and offered shower facilities in the meantime and allowed us to enjoy breakfast as we had arrived very early following the sleeper train. Amazing stay, 100% come here if you're staying in Sapa. It's very central to the shops, restaurants and Sapa station. You can walk to Moana from here too, about 15 minutes downhill."
