We were completely satisfied with our stay at Hotel Teti. The location is very convenient to the Rome Termini train station. The staff is very patient and helpful. Our room was attractive, comfortable and clean.

Tutto sommato per una notte andrebbe anche bene: camera e servizi puliti. L'unico grande problema: troppo rumore sulla strada fino a tardissima notte, persone incivili che parlano a voce altissima fino a tarda notte (h. 03.00/04.00) e - udite udite - i compattatori (raccolta rifiuti) rumorosissimi anche questi durante le ore notturne! Morale: non ho chiuso occhio tutta la notte.....e considerando che il sabato mattina avevo una riunione importantissima, il non aver riposato bene, è stato terribile..!!!

夜にローマ着で早朝出発の予定だったため、寝られればいい場所で探しました。 同じ建物の中にホテルが複数あり、入り口は閉まっていましたが、ホテル名のインターホンを鳴らしたら開きました。 フロントの方はとても親切で、拙い英語で早朝出発というとブレックファーストボックスを用意してくれました。 シャワーは口コミ通り狭く古いが清潔で不快感はなかったです。ヘアドライヤーもあります。アメニティーはシャンプーと石鹸くらい。タオルはあります。 スーツケースも広げられました。 ただ、暖房は有料のようで寒かったですが毛布（のような布。。）はあるので、やり過ごしました。 夜も周りはうるさく、叫ぶ声なども聞こえましたがホテルの道中は大きいスーツケースを引っ張っていてもそこまで問題なかったです。 フロントの方が感じが良かったので、評価の基準はそこですが、治安やお部屋の快適さを求めるなら違うところがいいかも。

Molto bene

In generale il nostro soggiorno è stato confortevole. La posizione perfetta, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione Termini. La camera pulita e silenziosa, il riposo è stato di ottima qualità. La colazione ottima, buonissimi sia i cornetti che il pane, ottima varietà sia dolce che salato. Accoglienza del personale sopra la media. Sicuramente torneremo.

Good for a Night or Two

The hotel was handily places for Rome main train and bus station and Metro so ideal for exploring the city. Approachng hotel from station it does seem to be in a bit of a rough neighbourhood but actually from the hotel away from station the road improves and there are some good bars and restaurants further down. Biggest downer was lack of proper air con. A huge ceiling fan did its best but after a while the constant whirring noise and windy conditions started to irritate. Breakfast was better than most of its ilk. Reception staff were all fine and friendly.

매우 작은 방이더라고요. 침대에 책상 하나 딱 있는. 그래도 전용 욕실도 깨끗하고 전반적으로 깔끔해요. 주변이 완전히 호텔촌이더라고요. 그래서 이 건물에도 층별로 다른 호텔이 여럿 있어서 3층까지 올라가야 이 호텔을 찾을 수 있습니다. 건물 겉에선 크게 간판이 있는 게 아니라 유심히 보면서 다녀야 할 거예요. 싼 가격에 적당한 방이지만 지역이 기차역 주변이라 그런지 밤에 위험한 느낌을 받았습니다. 밤에 기차역 도착해서 숙소로 되게 서둘러 갔어요. 그리고 호텔 방 창문을 닫으면 바깥 소리가 그렇게 크게 들리진 않는데 오히려 호텔 복도 소리가 방 안까지 다 들리더라고요. 저는 너무 피곤해서 푹 잤지만 예민하거나 깊이 못 자면 분명 시끄러워서 깰 거예요. 옆 방 티비 소리까지 전부 들립니다. 아침은 전형적인 유럽식 아침입니다. 빵에 요거트 햄 치즈 잼 주스 커피. 계란은 없어요.

clean, tidy and in good location

Nice room in a good location. Breakfast was handy and nice. Room was a bit small however and air conditioning was not included in cost of room. It was alright during our stay but in summer months would be a must and cost 13 euro a day.

テルミニ駅至近で格安

テルミニ駅南側出口から徒歩３分です。入り口に門があり、夜間などで開いていないときは左側にあるホテル名のインターホンボタンを押して開けてもらいます。階段を１３段上ったところに手動式のエレベータがあり、それで２階（日本式３階）へ。私が着いたときには無人でしたが、ベルを鳴らすと下から男性が来てチェックインしてくれました。一番小さい５号室でしたが天井が高く、最初は狭いと思いましたが慣れてくると無駄な動線が無いので便利でした。エアコンは有料１０ユーロですが、天井に大きな扇風機があるので不要でした。ティッシュ、冷蔵庫、ドライヤーあり。シャワールームはすごく狭いです。カラダの大きい男性にはきついかも。電気はドアを開けて右手側です。最初ベッドサイドなどが点かないので訊いたら、ドアの後ろにある「Don`t touch」と書かれているブレーカーのスイッチを入れたらベッドサイドとバスルームが点きました。ライトのスイッチと並んでいる黒いつまみは天井の扇風機のスイッチです。押すと電源が入り、ファンの速度はつまみを回すことで調整できます。隣の部屋の声やトイレの音は丸聞こえです。フロントの方は５人くらいが交代で一人ずつ入っていて、同じ建物のフロアごとに異なるホテルが入っているので兼任しているようでした。外出時には毎回鍵をフロントに預けます。帰ってきた際にホテルのドアが閉まっていたらドア右側のインターホンで開けてもらいます。

Good location

The hotel, even near the Termini Station, is in a nice street with a lot of restaurants. Easy to take the metro or visit the city walking.The breakfast was ok and it's very clean too. The room and the bathroom are very small, it's dificult to take a shower. If you stay in a room in face to the street you probably won't sleep at night. The noise is very intense.

Made my first visit to Rome perfect!

Amazingly central, clean rooms and the staff were ever so helpful. I left my bag in a taxi and the guy on the desk was phoning around for me while I got some sleep just so he could let me enjoy my visit instead of worrying. Will definitely be using this hotel again in the future!

Boa localização

O que vale neste hotel é a localização próxima à estação Termini em em uma rua mais agradável e com várias opções de restaurantes. O hotel é pequeno com quartos também pequenos e não muito confortáveis. O quarto em que fiquei tinha janela virada para a rua e era impossível dormir à noite devido ao barulho intenso. As camas eram bastante duras também. A limpeza e o café da manhã eram bons. Sempre tinha um funcionário diferente na recepção, a maioria era bastante prestativa, com exceção do senhor que atendia bem cedo e que foi bastante desagradável no meu check out.
