Smart guest house was a great stay and in a perfect location if you want to stay close to the termini train station. There are also lots of great restaurants near by. Would definitely stay again.

The place was really nice for our stay in Rome. We found the space clean and tidy. The entrance outside might intimidate you with all the graffiti but you will not be disappointed by the room given to you! Recommended!!

Great location near the train station - less than a 5 minute walk. Easy to access everything in the city. Room was comfortable and clean and quiet. Felt safe - which is important when you are a solo traveler. Was able to leave my luggage in the am to explore the city which was a nice bonus!

Simple, easy, clean spot right next to the train terminal. I would recommend especially if, like us, you just have one night and have to catch the train in the morning.

Overall great stay. The location is very convenient, and the rooms are newly renovated. The hosts are very helpful and friendly, they answered very quickly any question/concern I had. Rooms are cleaned daily. The only issue I had was that noise from the street during the day, but that's not an issue if you wake up before 10AM.

Good enough for my need. This is not a full service hotel. The bathroom and room are clean and updated, but way too small. Again, the room size is not a big deal because we only use it to sleep.

The street (and sidewalks) are noisy; people spending time in front of the guesthouse for whatever reason (locals). I was in Room 1, so my window was facing the street. Otherwise, proximity with the train station is great. The room was spotless.

Great place walking distance to train station

Walking distance (literally 2 minutes) from Stazione a termini, this place is ideal to stay before leaving the next morning. Check in was smooth and instructions were clear and timely. The room and bathroom were very clean and the AC worked like a charm. We would definitely stay again.

The room is in excellent condition, clean and a very comfortable bed. Super convenient since it’s 2 blocks away from the Termini. Plus, the owner answers your questions very quickly and all these details make your visit a very enjoyable experience.

The host and staff was amazing! Everyone was so helpful and kind. The host was very responsive and even reached out prior to the trip to ensure we properly checked in. The room was perfect for two people & beautiful. In an ideal location, a 5-7 min walk from Rome Termini. Housing is VERY secure and safe, will definitely stay here when I visit Rome again! I forgot to take photos of the room but they are EXACTLY as shown on the website. Very pretty & modern.

Wonderful property, great staff. My only issue was that the air conditioning was not functioning on the first night however it was fixed the next day. There was no compensation for this. Otherwise wonderful stay!
