바티칸이랑 가깝고, 관광지에 쉽게 갈 수 있는 지하철 역도 걸어서 10분 내외라 괜찮았습니다. 법원 바로 앞이라 동네도 위험하지 않았어요. 룸 컨디션은 정말 좋아요. 청소도 매일깨끗하게 해주시고 침구도 푹신하고 직원들도 친절합니다. 물 잘 나오고, 잘 내려갑니다. 다만 대로변 바로 옆이라 밤낮이고 너무 시끄러워요. 밖에 덧창 닫으면 좀 덜하긴 한데, 그래도 진짜 너무너무 시끄럽습니다. 그거 빼고는 너무 좋았어요. 급하게 예약하느라 기대 안했는데 정말 편하게 쉬다 갑니다. 근처에 피자 가게가 있는데 진짜 맛있어요. 꼭 드셔보세요. 편의점은 좀 걸어가야하니, 들어올 때 물 등등 사시는 게 좋아요.

Все, как на фото. В номерах чисто, новые матрасы. Общая зона кухни с холодильником, кофе, микроволновкой. До центра 1 станция метро. Тихий район без толп туристов. Моника очень приветливая. Немного опоздали с заселением, но все прошло хорошо. Из недостатков - душевая протекала, приходилось оставлять полотенца и вытирать пол после каждого приема душа.

Harika bir otel. Çok temiz, mimarisi harika ve özellikle konum olarak heryere çok yakın. Vatikan bölgesinde olması dezavantaj değil aksine avantaj. Konfor ve lüksü arayanlar kesinlikle tercih etsin. Otel maksimum 1 yıllık, herşey çok yeni. Otel olduğu dıştan anlaşılmıyor, geldiğinizde endişelenmeyin. Mutfakta tüm yiyecekler var.

강추!!

테르미니역 근처는 별로라는 말에 이쪽에 묵었는데 바티칸이랑 가깝고 동네가 진짜 조용해요.주인분 너무너무 친절하시고 요거트며 과일 커피 물 다 공짜로 먹을 수 있었어요. 집처럼 생각하라는 말씀이 너무 좋았습니다!! 이태리 있으면서 젤 좋았어요♥

I love this place! When booking I wasn't sure what a guesthouse meant, but found out I like it much better than a hotel. You walk into what looks like a large apartment building and when you walk into this particular guesthouse there is a large sitting area then it has a separate kitchen area (there is fruit, and various items to eat and yogurt and such in the frig). There are 4 separate rooms, but they are a very good size. I like it because you have your privacy and you feel like your coming back home each night, I stayed 5 nights. There is a bus stop one building over from the property so you can go anywhere you need to go, we bought a 7 day pass (24 euro each) that includes bus, electric, and metro. Would definitely stay again. :)

Very good.

+ Very nice room in our favorite area in Rome. Good price. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine and a microwave. - The entrance to the guest house is not marked. We had some difficulty checking in. I recommend travellers from other countries to contact the guest house via WhatsApp before travelling.

Sin dudar, si vuelvo a Roma volvería a este acogedor hostal. El trato fantástico y nos sentimos como en casa. Magnífico trato del trabajador que nos ayudaba con nuestras dudas. EL desayuno fantástico y con la comodidad de andar por casa, sin palabras. Hicieron que la estancia fuera maravillosa e inolvidable.

Lo mejor de la habitación ha sido la cama. Muy cómoda. El desayuno un poco flojo. Escaso y poca variedad. La presión de la ducha no era muy fuerte y no te podías duchar muy bien.

Great value in Rome

Accommodations were clean and comfortable. Check-in staff was friendly and helpful. Location was quiet, away from typical Rome hustle/bustle but easy 10 minute walk to Metro and bus stops. Other than spotty WiFi in our room, everything was great.

Sehr geschmackvoll neu eingerichtete Zimmer in altem römischen Wohnblock. Die Lage ist nicht ganz zentral, aber Vatikan und Piazza del Populo sind gut zu Fuss (in 15 - 20 Minuten) erreichbar, die nächste Metro in 7 Minuten. Positiv an der Lage war für uns, das normale römische Leben etwas mitzukriegen und nicht gleich vor der Haustüre von Ticketverkäufern belagert zu werden. Das Guesthouse hat keine Rezeption, Servicepersonal war daher nur zufällig anzutreffen, die Zimmerreinigung war allerdings sehr gut.

Points positifs : - très belle chambre, spacieuse, décorée avec goût et bien équipée - thé/café/eau/ gâteaux disponibles en libre service à volonté Points d'amélioration : - petit déjeuner inclus mais sans intérêt, quasi aucun produit frais (pas de fruits, pain frais, fromages, lait..) - hôtel situé sur une grande avenue très bruyante (passage du tram en plus), or pas de double vitrage donc on entend tout... - accueil sympathique mais très expéditif, aucun contact avec la "responsable" en 4 jours..

Never again!

Traveled with my husband and elderly mother. Flight was six hour delayed and got to the residence at 2am. Had to wait outside in the rain and slept outside until someone arrive at about 8am. Called Hotels.com and Michael told me there was nothing he could do. I was given the telephone # for the Metropolis Hotel, but the hotel was booked to capacity. I will never do business with Hotel.com again!

Bella struttura, peccato i rumori dalla strada

Struttura nuovissima, belle le camere e carina la zona colazione, utilizzabile a tutte le ore. Servizio attento e pulizia ottima. Unico neo, essendo al piano terra, sono i rumori dalla strada: durante la settimana Viale delle Milizie è molto trafficato, l'insonorizzazione non è adeguata e la prima notte, tra giovedì e venerdì, è stata un incubo. Peccato perchè la posizione è ottima, baricentrica tra Vaticano, Foro Italico-Stadio Olimpico e Piazza del Popolo, tutti distanti più o meno venti minuti di passeggiata. Consiglio di chiedere la camera che da sul cortile interno.
