Nice enough

It was a nice enough stay. I did think the photos on the site made it look a bit nicer than real life, and the bathroom was very small. But the bed was very comfy, and it was clean. One point of note - i was very grateful i'd packed ear plugs. the traffic noise was quite loud, and on the Saturday night there appeared to be a nightclub in close proximity, which played heavy bass until 2am.

Staff was very rude to us, spoke bad english, accused us of having a 3rd person in our room when we were just 2 and called the cops on us for that and they just simply didn't want to listen at all. We got a very basic apology at the end. Don't waste your time staying here and having someone crazy messing with your mood.

In accordo con il personale della struttura avevo organizzato una sorpresa per il mio fidanzato al nostro arrivo in hotel. Mi era stato garantito che avremmo trovato subito l'aperitivo, con affettati (di bassa qualità), prosecco e palloncini. Una volta arrivati invece la camera non era pronta. Quando la sera siamo rientrati abbiamo trovato tutto ma ormai il mangiare era fuori dal frigo da troppo tempo e non abbiamo potuto consumarlo nonostante avessimo pagato tutto anticipatamente

Servizio insufficiente

C'è stato un problema e non abbiamo potuto soggiornare lì. Sicuramente è qualcosa che può succedere ma non ci è piaciuto come hanno gestito la situazione. Arrivati in albergo ci dicono che non possiamo soggiornare lì, dicono anche di averci chiamato ma noi non avevamo ricevuto nessuna chiamata, e ci dicono di cercare noi un altro albergo. Ovviamente noi volevamo goderci il soggiorno e non stare a cercare un altro albergo, inoltre i prezzi per lo stesso giorno erano aumentati e alcuni non avevano disponibilità. Alla fine troviamo uno ma ci viene detto che non ci pagano il taxi perché l'albergo costa di più (e io che devo fare?), allora cerchiamo un altro e ci spostiamo. Allora, noi capiamo che in un piccolo albergo può succedere un problema del genere, ma di sicuro non era colpa nostra che loro non avessero la camera disponibile e avrebbero dovuto gestire il tutto in un modo più adeguato. Potrebbero aver trovato loro un albergo delle stesse condizioni e trasferirci li senza tanti problemi, perché se io sono di passaggio a Roma non conosco tanti alberghi come per cercare un altro e di sicuro non ho voglia di mettermi a cercarlo.

lovely stay and friendly staff

It was a lovely hotel, we enjoyed the free breakfast! It was our first B&B and it was a nice experience as the staff were friendly, accommodating& generous in providing the best experience for their customers. will recommend this place! However, do take note about finding the exact location of the hotel, you have to enter a door & take the lift up to level 2 the apartment/hotel entrance (dont use their stairs) look out for their doormat!

This charming bed and breakfast was our home away from home. The rooms are very clean with daily house keeping, you can tell the owners really care for their business and most importantly comfort of their guests. Valeria was so very helpful, very communicative prior to check in and eager to assist us in any way from local information to her amazing morning cappuccinos. Nothing was any trouble for her. We felt very spoiled staying here, and would urge anyone to book this B & B! You won’t regret it! Easy walking distance to all of the sites in the ancient city and a lovely place to rest after a big day out in Rome.

Love it!

The hotel is 10 min to train station, 15 min to Coloseum and 10 min to underground. The staff cares about your comfort and everyday asks if you need something. Valeria is the kindest person I’ve met! She also remembered about my boyfriend’s birthday. Delicious breakfast. Super fast WiFi. Clean and cosy rooms. Shop is on the opposite side of the street. I really recommend it!

가성비 좋은 숙소

생각했던 것보다 테르미니에서 조금 걸어야 하긴 했습니다. 아래에 작은 슈퍼가 있어 맥주 사기에도 좋았고 근처에 유명한 젤라또 가게가 있습니다. 전체적으로 시설도 깔끔하고 아침이 빵과 커피 정도로 간단했는데 또 엄청 맛있어서 만족스러웠어요.
