The room was good. The room we booked ended up being inside a shared apartment where other guests have access to the same common space. Even though the bedrooms are private and locked, this is something that should be clearly mentioned in the listing beforehand. Our main issue was the room temperature and the mosquitoes. There were mosquitoes all over the room, and it was extremely hot at night. We asked the host if the AC could be lowered, but he told us the temperature was “fine,” even though he wasn’t the one sleeping there. It was so hot that we had to sleep without blankets because we were sweating the entire night. Overall, the lack of transparency and comfort made the experience much worse than expected.

Very nice accommodation close to many restaurants and cafes. A quick walk to the coliseum, Trevi fountain and Spanish steps. Host was responded quickly and efficiently. Recommend for a family as the “trevi room” has multiple beds.

The Trevi apartment was fabulous, and you couldn’t ask for a better location. The only thing missing in the area is parks for my kids to play in but even that was only 15 minute walk away.

It was a good stay. Modern and nice! Couch bed wasn't the most comfortable. TV was great. Bathroom was good except the shower water was only warm for about 5 minutes before turning to cold. Floor of suite could have been cleaner as well. Overall, would probably stay again.

Muy buena ubicación.

A destacar la buena ubicación y tranquilidad de la zona. El estudio familiar es una sala tipo loft. Cama principal muy cómoda. Los sofás cama, si es para niños estan bien. La entrega de llaves fué a través de de caja con código, lo que da flexibilidad para la hora de entrar/salir. Muy buena opción para estar unos días en familia.

DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS. Absolutely awful man in charge. I have never been treated as poorly by a landlord in my entire life. Demanded City Tax payment over WhatsApp. Wouldn’t release access info until it was done. I explained my Bank wouldn’t allow it and he just kept demanding the money. I was taking my 70 year old Mother for the weekend and he completely ruined my holiday. He left the wrong keys in the lock box unbeknown to us, so we were in the wrong room for two days. Once he realised what he’d done he rang me while I was half way through the Vatican shouting at me for being in the wrong room. Blaming this on me was quite frankly laughable. He ordered us to return immediately and the maid was moving all our things into another room. When we got back the maid was clearly shaken up as he’d been screaming at her as well. The man is an absolute bully and I truly warn anyone from using him or paying for his accommodation. He doesn’t deserve a penny and Expedia should not be promoting this listing whatsoever. Expedia customer service was terrible as well and didn’t help matters regarding payments over WhatsApp. Offshore conversations with undertrained staff reading off scripts. Do yourselves a favour and go somewhere else, anywhere but this.

Ubicación inmejorable: a 10min andando del Coliseo, 15min de la fontana de Trevi y 20min en autobús del Trastevere (zona inmejorable para comer) No había agua caliente todos los días. No tenían trapos ni bayetas, para usar en la cocina.

THIS IS NOT A HOTEL! This is an air b&b. Pros:Location, security, fast WiFi, luggage lift. Cons: no reception desk, you have to work with the owner via text or email. The A/C is held at 23c or 73F, which is locked and can’t /wont be lowered by the owner. The air is central air which is shared by all the individual rooms. The “suites” are a single apartment with multiple individual suites-which was kind of misleading in the Expedia add. You walk into a shared kitchen and then to your individual locked room. Our room was very small-fit a full size bed, had only two outlets one of which was in The bathroom. It was hot! But bed was comfortable, despite only two pillows and not enough towels.

Solo era un cuarto pequeño con una cama y baño no es un hotel mas bien la recamara de un departamento, nadie me recibio solo un mensaje para decirme donde tomar las llaves, publicidad muy engañosa El espacio diminuto, no habia jabon en el baño, no se puede regular el aire acondicionado, jamas regresaria a ese lugar

Location is ideal, walking distance from multiple attractions and bus stop needed to get to the airport. Warm and clean bathroom and room. Communal kitchen is very clean . Id say the property ist secure with all the buzzers and doors however, We had a bit of a scare when somebody attempted to open our bedroom door whilst we were asleep. After realising the door was locked they then knocked but I did not open. Things to improve on; * Bedding - i did not like that our duvet did not have a cover, instead it was in between 2 mattress sheets. Duvet had stains on it including a blood stain, I do not like the idea of it touching my skin. * One socket inside the room is not enough. * The smell coming from the bathroom was unpleasant and unbearable. Id say open the bedroom window but with the noise coming from the outside its then difficult to sleep.

Disappointed and won’t repeat

Clean room and comfortable mattress but I won’t be staying here the next time I am in Rome: Elevator broken; had to carry luggage up and down flight of stairs No room service offered for my “short stay” of 5 nights No hot water first night, limited second night No soap dispenser at sink or in shower No extra pillows Half of opaque curtains missing so car lights penetrate the room No wash clothes No towel racks No glass in bathroom to rinse mouth after brushing Only 1 socket outside of bathroom not enough to charge our phones and watches Bad smell emanating from bathroom Couldn’t close shutters and would not render room dark anyway Inconsistent in amount of city tax asked to leave behind in cash

Table stakes for an accommodation: when I’m there I don’t have to think about it. Unfortunately, this property was full of bothersome things to think about — especially bad communication from the property host. But first, the good: Fits 5 well (3 adults + 2 kids). Excellent location — very walkable for an active family; easy distance to Colosseum, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, etc. Good food nearby. Clean (except for stained blankets, ick). Firm but comfortable main bed. Pullout beds more comfortable than most. Air conditioning worked excellent. Serviceable fridge, stove, dishes for basic eating in. We enjoyed making own breakfasts from food bought at nearby grocery store. But would not stay here again because of frustrating & time wasting communication with property manager (not language barriers, but basic guest service issues). First, just before arrival (same day) they contacted me through Expedia app with checkin details (great!) — but also told me I’d have to pay city taxes ($6/person/night). Not previously disclosed, but fine — it’s com Hot water How to get in Police No info about passports — had to Email Had to email credit card info No info about city taxes Different ways of communication — Expedia ap, text (multiple numbers) phone. Occasionally questioned whether it was legit, eapescially when they asked for more money. Only one key Not acknowledging issues (like key) Only responding to one thing when a list of things — too much back & forth.

The guy we dealt with, (Giovani?) was NOT friendly, polite or helpful at all. He didn't introduce himself, welcome us or explain anything. He just kept texting through whatsapp, 'I need your bank info before I can give you codes'. We felt uncomfortable giving our bank info just like that. The front door doesn't actually latch so really, no code was needed. The shared area looked fine but we didn't use it so can't say more on that. The room itself is a medium sized closet. Smaller than we expected. I put the chair in the window sill because it was right in the middle of the room and literally blocking the 'walkway' to the bathrom. The double bed was up against the wall with the shower at the foot of the bed. The shower leaks, and the owner 'fixed' the baseboards by using clear masking tape. The the walls & floor are rotting. You can smell a musty moldy smell the moment you walk in the 'bedroom'. The bathroom was fine but the toilet lid kept falling off. I thought it was clean but when I sat down to use the toilet I saw medium length dark hairs on the floor right in front of the sink. I have short reddish blonde hair and my husband hadn't been in there yet. That grossed me out, theres almost nothing worse than hair! It's a really small room to clean, so I don't know how those hairs were missed. Walls are paper thin, we heard a female wretching, dry-heaving and barfing one morning. Other than it being close to the Coliseum, we don't recommend!

Good for families for quick stays. Bathroom didn't have soap or shampoo, need to make sure to bring your own. Just a few minuses vs booking a hotel. Second bed is a sofa, so not quite a bed in American standards. The payment for Rome Taxes was quite difficult vs another place I stayed in Rome later the same month.

Check in was easy and the bed was comfy and that’s about as good as it gets. We were expecting a small room but not a shoe cupboard. There was one plug so unless you brought an extension lead you’re out of luck if both of you need to use the plug. You can’t adjust the aircon so whether you like it or not you’re stuck with it. The worst part, there’s about 2 minutes of hot water total and you have the pleasure of cleaning other people’s hair off the shower when you get there. My partner had the shower turn ice cold straight away and it wouldn’t get warm again, when I messaged the host was told it was on an electric heater and to wait, when I explained it was warm for a few seconds then went ice cold which was unacceptable was told to just wait and moderate the situation. No help was offered and we were just left to deal with it, honestly the other reviews about the owner being rude aren’t exaggerating he couldn’t care less. Thankfully we weren’t in the room much. It’s not as close to the colosseum as it makes out. Honestly I wouldn’t waste your money, a decent price but considering the quality you get it’s way overpriced.

Şubatta kaldık. Oda sıcaklığı çok iyidi. ikiz yatak rahat ama çocuklar için açılır kanepe vardı. yatak kadar rahat değildi. Ulaşım gezilecek yerlere 15 dk, 30 dk. güvenli. tuvalet akıttı. whatsapp dan bilgi verdik hemen yapıldı. TV çok kullanmadık ama güzeld. Buzdolabı çok güzel soğuttu. sıcak su güzeldi ama banyoda çok tayzikli akmıyordu. Genel olarak iyidi memnun kaldık.
