The staff was absolutely fantastic. They were so accommodating, they gave great advice and restaurant recommendations. The AC in the rooms are actually great (coming from someone in the US). The location is excellent. Walking distance from pantheon, Spanish steps, trevi fountain, etc. The staff also left delicious croissants in front of our doors which was just so sweet to wake up to. They do have an elevator as well which we hadn’t realized until half way up the stairs. Be prepared for a workout if you’re taking the stairs! Overall great place.

Very pleasant stay in a convenient location with very helpful and friendly staff. It’s a guest house so it is not the same as a hotel, but the rooms were great, the quirks were endearing, and the staff were fun.

Unfortunately the wall between our unit and the adjacent one was so thin you could hear conversations and the people in the adjacent room left their phone on vibrate all night so every time a message came in it vibrated the wall right at the headboard of the wall in our room. Hence the rating for property condition. The last night there was way better after they left. Staff was awesome and the property location was great.

The place was so nice but highly recommend getting a taxi to the hotel because walking may only be a mile but a lot of the walk is uphill. The staff is super friendly and the location is extremely convenient to see all the sights!

Our stay was really nice. The hotel staff were very nice, welcoming and helpful. You are able to message them via whatsapp at anytime and they provided dining options and car service options. The issues that we had were that one of the bathrooms leaked. The other is my ceiling had a plastic bag on it which was strange. Other than that I would recommend staying here. Very short walk to the pantheon and all the other Rome attractions. It is right outside a Michelin star restaurant which was not expensive and food was good.

Fantastic location & very quiet for center of Rome. Large comfortable room & very friendly, welcoming service (but only till 1 pm). Fresh croissants left outside the door each morning another nice touch.

We were really pleased to get a new and nice room after the first unfortunate experience. Staff very serviceminded and friendly. Location super central for visitors. Would have appreciated a TV-channel in English, especially since news are important these days.
