The room was beautifully decorated, and extras were appreciated! The location close to Trastevere was beautiful. I found the noise in the middle of the nighttime from outside and neighbours to be very loud so ended up using ear plugs. But the price was perfect! Would recommend for sound sleepers.

The host was amazing. It was a little difficult to find the place as we didn’t get the check-in instructions but it was a nice, cozy place in a great location.

I absolutely loved the Lighthouse. It was an ideal hotel to stay in while visiting Rome. It is to be noted that all communication of via WhatsApp as there isn’t a front desk, check in is virtual. I would definitely stay again!

We felt very comfortable at the Lighthouse Suites Trastevere, the accommodation provided a nice comfort. The location is also excellent, only a ten minute walk from the Stazione Trastevere and about a twenty minute walk across Ponte Garibaldi to the Pantheon. There are nice bistros in Piazza Ippolito Nievo. We can only recommend!

Perfect Location

Lighthouse Suites has a great location, lots of restaurants and cafes nearby, and very close to a tram and buses. It was an easy journey into the main part of Rome, and also to Vatican City. I liked being in a quiet neighborhood, but also loved the convenience of this location

We loved our short stay here! Clean, good facilities and fantastic air conditioning. Walkable from Trastevere train station but also very walkable to the centre of Trastevere (it’s a small city, we found it all walkable!) Nice, hidden and quite away from the busy night life. We also found the local shops and cafes near by were very good and convenient! You do have to message via WhatsApp to check in, but Stefano responds quick and informative! We will be back if we need to do a short trip in Rome again and would recommend to others.

Rome getaway in January

Lighthouse Suites is in a great location for access to buses & trams. It's only a few stops from the train station taking you to Fiumicino Airport and is walking distance to all the restaurents in the old part of Trestevere. The accommodation was quiet, clean and warm with local cafes closeby. We had a minor problem with plumbing which was resolved right away so we would very much reccommend it.

Very convenient and clean room at an affordable rate in an area well served by public transports and relatively close to the city centre. Take bus H from main train station and very frequent tram 8 to reach Piazza Venezia in 10 min. Bars and restaurants just outside the property. Only downside is the lack of light in the room and in the common area.

The place was clean and nice and in a courtyard off the Main Street Trastevere. Felt safe. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen functional. Bathrooms and showers were very small (cozy) and there was no furniture to sit and relax in the space (chair or couch) only stools. Soaps were provided but not maintained (2 were empty at arrival) but the owner worked to make things right. Would recommend the place for those wanting a 2 bedroom space in a great location. Trastevere is amazing and the access to the train station was great (short walk) where Roma can be easily discovered.

Ideal location

Idealy location short walk from station and a 10 min walk into the main area forshops bars and restaurants. Really good cafe next door for cheap breakfast. Room perfectly decorated in Roman theme, free coffee and also a bottle per person of water on arrival complimentary which was a nice touch. As it's a 10 min walk from the main area, this was ideal on an evening as we never heard any noise. Good instructions on arrival with video on how to check in. The whole experience was good. The only major downside was that the air conditioning wasnt very strong and qe stayed end of juky ao temperature was over 100 degrees. This is our only complaint. Get better AC and would give it 5 stars

Really lovely place to stay

What a beautiful apartment…clean, cosy, well equipped and really good, safe location. We booked the airport shuttle service and Stefano picked us up. He was so lovely and gave us tips for our stay. Highly recommend accommodation and shuttle service.
