Clean, comfortable room. Excellent and friendly staff. Food not offered however we were ok and well aware of this. Convenient to many sites and wonderful restaurants. Highly recommend.

The hotel was very communicative and helped arrange for a vehicle to take us to the airport. Checking in was a little confusing, but we figured out you just have to slide a door to get to the hallway with the rooms.

Nice hotel that can be recommended

We were very pleased with the hotel’s location, which was perfect, and the staff who were friendly and service-minded. The room was comfortable and met our expectations. However, we had booked breakfast, but unfortunately, only tea and coffee were provided. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but the breakfast offering should be improved.

Just what we needed! Incredible mattress.

We stayed as part of our honeymoon. They were really nice, gave very clear instructions in the event we arrived after check-in closed, but we made it in time to be greeted by wonderful reception staff. He took the extra time to give us a breakdown of the sites near the hotel, some of the best walking routes to see them and overall just really nice. The room was nice, exactly how you expect from the pictures. It’s a small boutique place with only a few rooms but they’re just what you need as respite from being a manic tourist in the city outside. Also need to say that the bed was so comfortable!! We slept better in that bed than the one we have at home and was the best one out of the 5 hotels we stayed in on our quick tour of Italy. Overall would recommend if you’re wanting a nicely situated hotel to see all the big sites of Rome.

An absolute Jewel!

Absolute perfection! If you want a quiet location off the beaten path that is clean, charming and hospitable, this is the ideal location. Walking distance to all sites but far enough away from the crowds. Rooms are pristine, beds are wildly comfortable and full bath sheets that are unheard of in the states! The corner restaurant, Mimi and Cocco’s, was the perfect location to end the day. Ask for Rocco - you won’t be disappointed. Lastly, The staff at the hotel was so accommodating and responsive! Nicola, Lorenzo and Massimo were just lovely. I can’t say enough about this special spot. It will be our place to stay when we return to this wonderful city!❤️

Office is inly open from 0800-1230. They did a great job of communicating days prior to check in with clear instructions. Room was spacious, had little balcony. Plenty of little seating options within room. Bathroom shower was delightful with many water pressure options.

My wife and I stayed in Rome for our wedding anniversary during August 2024. We had a great stay at JB Relais Luxury. The room was spacious as well as the bathroom. The location was convenient to most attractions in center of Rome by foot and it was also close to a number of bus lines, making transportation easy. But above all, the staff were very attentive to our needs and sought to make our stay in Rome memorable. Nicola made us feel very welcome, always had a smile, good recommendations for our stay and would make sure we had breakfast even on the days we left earlier than the regular serving time. Thank you very much!

The hotel and room had adequate features to meet our needs. We were very disappointed by the car service that we requested, the driver was late and the vehicle was not as we reserved. It was also disappointing that we had to self check in without an employee onsite.

LOCATION! it’s amazing. Best of trastevere at a walking distance too, pantheon, colosseum, trevi fountain and all the things are walkable. It was perfect. The room was clean, ac worked perfectly, staff was so friendly. They always had breakfast ready for us and cappuccinos are amazing too. We will be back. Easy access to our room. The only thing I think we were confused on was the room we got compared to the pics. It looked like it had a second section separating the bed to another are of the room with a small seating area, we noticed our first night but it didn’t bother us. Just be mindful and double check the room you get/ otherwise this place is perfect

We lived the property and the location. Everything worked great and was very clean and comfortable. But we did not like the service or lack there of. First, they only clean the room before 11 am, being jet lagged and on vacation, we wanted to sleep in. Therefore couldn’t have our room cleaned once. Secondly, I paid city tax the second day we were there in cash. As we were checking out, turns out they had no record of it. They were nice about it and took our word for it, but still. Third, I ordered an airport car service, hotel offers at the same time that I paid city tax. On the day of our departure, there was no car waiting and no one seems to know or care. Knowing all of this, we would still stay here again, just plan accordingly and ask for receipts for everything.

The room and bathroom were large, very spacious and comfortable for 2 people. The shower was awesome! Property was quaint and quiet. It felt more like an airbnb than a hotel as there were very limited hours for staff between 8-12pm. If you arrived after that time or were on the go early you may never see staff, but that is ok as they are great with messaging you details, offering car service and letting you know about other things. Very pleased with this property and the experience.
