From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the most welcoming staff. The hotel is immaculate, the rooms are spacious and *extremely* clean. I’m a neat freak and have to say this room and the cleaning ladies did not disappoint with their attention to detail in making sure the room was always clean, towels replaced and everything neatly folded in its place. We travel with a lot of outfit options and the closet space was perfect. There are two full closets with lots of drawers and a ton of space to store your belongings. The rooftop restaurant where we ate lunch when we arrived, was superb. Pricey, as expected, but outstanding. The same restaurant offers breakfast buffet in the morning and that was wonderful as well. Nice selection of fresh fruits, cheeses and charcuterie, as well as many fresh bakery items, eggs, etc. Don’t even get me started on the service level. Every single person that works for the hotel, was absolutely wonderful and pleasant. Everyone smiles, greets you and treats you like you are the most valuable customer. We travel a lot and love good food and great service, this by far exceeded my expectations! The concierge team was awesome and beyond helpful - I give them 10 starsOh and lastly, I must mention - the rooftop bar was superb for drinks and they serve beautiful hors d’oeuvres and olives/chips to accompany your drinks. The bartender made us the best cucumber martini! Anyways, if you are coming to Rome and want 5-star hotel service, look no further!

Roma beautiful hotel with spectacular restaurants

Beautiful hotel with amazing details. I would suggest eating at both of their restaurants on the 6 floor. Incredible views and atmosphere from the restaurant. They have great attention to detail and provide excellent service. The Junior suite is a little small with a nice view if you can upgrade to the Classic Suite I would recommend the upgrade or to stay in a classic room.

The sixth floor restaurant on our final evening was a disaster. The Wine as listed,for which we waited 15 minutes, come before we were told it was unavailable.We asked if lobster on the menu was available and assured it was. We waited twenty minutes before being told it was not as well as the mushroom dish on the menu.Apart from the starter the rest of the meal was inedible as it lacked presentation and was overcooked. The dessert was availble on a table and one had to fetch it ourselves,we declined. Finally we asked for a Macallan whiskey and we were told it had run out of stock. I asked the staff of the restaurant manager to come but he never arrived and hence I went to reception and spoke to the Hotel management. They then refunded part of the meal and aplogised profusely.

Veldig bra, men spiste på hotellets restaurant, spaghetti og ble dårlig.Vi hadde to dager i Roma og den siste dagen måtte jeg tilbringe i hotellets lobby i nærheten av do med diare og oppkast.Eneste jeg spiste den dagen som veninnen min ikke spiste var spaghettien på hotellets restaurant.Ventet ikke å bli matforgiftet på 5 stjerners hotell 😳

I had been tracking tickets to midnight mass for over two weeks and when I arrived no tickets. The conseign was call me in 40 minutes and never did! I returned only to find out he left for the day. I placed my trust the tickets would not be a problem. It was...nice hotel but not sure I would trust their word.

A beautiful hotel with the most amazing staff. Our room was beautiful and breakfast was great too. The views across Rome while eating breakfast were outstanding. The hotel was peaceful and in a great location.

The best of all worlds

A mixture of traditional and modern come together to make for an excellent experience. This property is newly renovated and every detail is perfect. Also the staff is helpful and welcoming.
