The front lobby of the hotel has a bar right there, which was unique to me. There is a doorman at all times. Plus all staff members are very friendly, helpful and professional. They take your luggage to your room too. The room was clean and sufficient for 2 people and the bathroom was clean. The 7th floor is a rooftop lounge, serving food and drinks with courteous staff and a wonderful view of the surrounding area and a splendid view of the sunset each evening. It was exactly the kind of place we needed to enjoy our vacation in Rome.

Our place was clean, the location was right near the train station making it quite easy coming in and out of the Rome airport by train, and right in the middle of shopping and dining options. Their rooftop bar was also a great place to end the night.

The room was spacious and very clean. The rooftop bar was a perfect place to sit and enjoy the early evening. The staff was friendly and helpful. Although we heard mixed things about the area near termini station we found it to have some great restaurants, and the teatro del opera house is only a block away.

If you are expecting air conditioning in your room, go somewhere else. It is controlled by front desk and not in room. They did move us to a room on a lower floor as the heat in room was unbearable, so that was a positive, however we spent the night using wet hand towels to keep cool. The mattress in our room was awful, way too hard. The noise was the worst I’ve experienced in any hotel. As people were coming and going the sound travelled loudly throughout the hotel. We heard many conversations through the walls. The positives were the location was close to Termini ( which also means it’s a little sketchy around the hotel). The breakfast buffet ( an added cost) was lovely with lots of options. The staff that helped us with our luggage was great- he was by far the friendliest of all the workers we encountered. At checkout the person on desk was very polite ( unlike the person who checked us in who was exceptionally short and ignorant).
