Great location and friendly staff that assisted with an early check in. The only negative would be that the sound insulation between rooms is non existent. This does mean that if you’re a light sleeper you will be woken up by others coming and going.

Staff was very helpful. Rooms clean. Location was great, easy walk to Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, central station. There is a lift to bring up your luggage. The showers are small, but otherwise fine. We would stay again.

Stayed for one evening as needed to find a hotel close to the train station. Overall a fine stay. Would not recommend staying more than one night. Very small room (queen bed) but convenient location. Very good instructions from staff on how to access room and check out. Modern and clean room with fridge and coffee. The door that led to the hallway was not soundproof and it was very loud when others were entering/exiting their rooms.

Clean room, nice staff, the floor to get to the hotel is on an awkward mid floor so if you have heavy luggage’s it can be a bit of a struggle but hey it’s Europe :) we enjoyed our stay.

We’ve travelled to Italy in high summer and AC wasn’t working properly in the night, it was making flashing noise,1st night we’re unable to sleep. I hope owner has managed to fix this problem. Otherwise, all the amenities, bus stop and train station are within 5mins of walking distance. The overall property is nice and clean. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

Fantastic room, lots of space, (Room 3) Alas, no hot water at 10 PM, nor at 7 AM, so I had to have a very tepid shower The sound proofing is not good, you can hear other people talking in their rooms, plus the common area does nothing to keep noise levels down So would I stay again, possibly as I may have got unlucky I could not fault the room itself, it was perfect as was the location

Pls be advise, this is not a typical hotel where you have a front desk to help you. This is more of an airbnb. You can contact the manager via email for all your concerns and there is nowhere to store your luggage just in case youre early. You will also not be able to check in early just in case you want to roam the city prior to checking in. All these should be mentioned prior to arrival. The place is clean yes, but the ac did not work well. Hope this helps to next customer. The place is also walking distance to restaurants.
