The room big enough. Bed was comfortable and big enough for two people. There is a fridge in the room which was working very well. The AC was also working well. There was not enough hit water and the water pressure was too strong so the showers were not as comfortable. The location was good but the neighbouring area was a bit sketchy and smelly. There is a fee for late check in.

Great location and quality. My two teenagers, wife and I were comfortable in the Suite. There is no one at the front desk 24 hours, so getting in and getting your left bags requires using what’s app and patience. But for a small little affordable place for my family in the center of Rome, I was ok with that.

Andrea was amazing to work with - very responsive and timely with replies to check-in and any questions we had prior to arrival. Our room met our needs and while the bathroom was on the older side, everything worked properly for our visit. AC was great - I know that can sometimes be spotty in Rome. Fair warning for large luggage, while there is an elevator, there are still stairs involved with this property - just something to be aware of in advance. Overall, did the job for our stay! Was cleaned at the time we were supposed to check-in and they held our bags prior since we arrived early. Would recommend if you need a spot on that side of the city!

The staff was so kind and flexible in letting us drop off our luggage in the morning when our train arrived, providing local recommendations and how to navigate public transport to the Vatican and troubleshooting when I couldn’t work the AC. People mentioned a musty odor from the bathroom, which we noticed, but we just shut the bathroom door and ran the fan. We had a balcony overlooking the park which was lovely. The suites aren’t close to the major sites, which we knew going in, so you’ll need to account for increased travel time but there are a lot of really good places to eat in this area. Just be aware of your surroundings as night falls.

Before the visit the staff was very good about sending information about how to access the building. However when we arrived at the time we agreed on, no one was there to give us our keys. We waited quite a long time in the hallway wondering what to do. Once we had the keys, things got better. Our room was quite spacious with a small balcony. The refrigerator didn’t seem to work but we did have a coffeemaker. The bathroom was very small and the shower had no place to put toiletries. Air conditioning worked very well. There is an elevator but there are still some stairs to reach the rooms. Overall the room was comfortable but a bit of a walk to most historic sights.
