Don’t let the outside looks fool you - this is a wonderful place to stay. Very accommodating to us and so friendly. We were centrally located in the city with easy access to cabs and bullet train. Delightful restaurants within walking distance.

Room and entire hotel smelt good but maybe too overwhelmingly good. Smart & simple room design and pretty bathroom, only I think there was a toilet plumbing issue as it would just constantly make a little noise. Navigating our way to the hotel wasn’t too difficult as we were given thorough instructions via WhatsApp. When we lifted the bed sheets towards the light, we could see some sort of dirt inside the covers. The TV worked just fine and we even watched a series on Netflix, although lagged a little due to WiFi connection issues Right in the city of Rome so easy access to all the places you want to visit.

The room was spotless and the staff was excellent. They were very organized and attentive. Location could not be any better, the hotel was close to everything. Our only issue was there was no hot water, only lukewarm water. We were told the issue was to be repaired after our stay.
