Room was clean and the location vas perfect, walking distances to the vatican and St Peter's basilica. Lots of good restaurant's all around, shopes and coffee, metro station just around the corners, tap an go to if you dont want to walk. Over all enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back.

Location was great. Property was safe. Room was nice. The cons were that the outside was loud during the evening hours, the air conditioning unit was loud and had to be unplugged because it would not shut off with the remote.

Suited our needs

The room is definitely smaller than I imagined but suitable for our needs as we did not go to Italy to stay in a room. I will say though, if you are a heavy set person, you may struggle the shower stall. Walking distance from to Vatican, literally 15 minutes. We walked to the colosseum, Spanish steps and the Trevi fountain but it did take about 30 to 40 minutes depending on your pace. Very close to public transportation. Lots of food options close by and shopping. We did have a little trouble with the automated door system but part of it was my misunderstanding and the other part was not knowing that ā€œscalaā€ meant stairs in Italian. Either way the host responded quickly and even checked in with us during our stay.

Property is well located, area is safe, walkable and close to transportation options. Room is spacious, clean, comfortable. I had an inconvenient with check in instructions, however owner was very accommodating and was of great help. I would recommend this room for whoever plans to visit Rome!

Nice room

The place is located 20 minutes walk from the Vatican, close to restaurants and shopping. Clean and comfortable. However, the area is very loud until around 1am with music, cars, motos and people. These goes quiet until 6 am.

The check in was good, the room was clean. The shower had a fairly strong mould smell. The biggest issue was the window in the room. Noise doesnā€™t generally bother me. However, the noise was quite extreme. Between the bars playing loud music, constant cars honking, and sirens, I woke up many times throughout the night. Every night. The window was very old and even with everything shut It sounded like the window was wide open.

The day of arrival I received a long message how to check-in. I have been to so many places and check-in instructions are very clear and simple! Here itā€™s not the case! They were scattered around in the message and it was hard for us to get inside the building. They have a condominium door. This is the BIG main door to get into the building. Then find the staircase of your block A,B,C etcā€¦ Then your flat and then your room! There is a code to get in the flat and there is a key safe with a code you will find your room key along with flat and BIG door keys. Instructions gave us flat code then how to open the condominium door then the room code and then staircase details! We were lost. There was no one around to ask or anyone spoke English. I had to message the guy who have me the instructions. He gave us instructions how it meant to be given on the welcome message. Finally after 45min we found the room. Apart from that difficulty, the room was very nice and clean. Shower pressure was good. They have a coffee machine for the whole flat which has about 6 rooms to share. In the future I suggest AL rooms to re-arrange their welcome message with clear instructions in order to help guests have step by step access to the rooms. Property address.
