"Always a good time and great staff!!"

"Our room with our private pool was amazing, spacious and clean. The bed was not as comfortable as I expected and I would have liked the lighting in the bathroom to be brighter. The spa was an amazing space but there were dead bugs everywhere, maybe a little maintenance before aging the amazing rooms might be a good idea. But overall a good vacation."

"This resort was so beautiful and well maintained with the best staff I've seen at any resort, all the restaurants were great"

"Beautiful"

"I stayed at this resort for 5 nights, and overall, I had a great experience. I’d give it a 9/10. The property is beautiful, there’s plenty to do, and it’s a great place to take pictures for Instagram. You can even swim with dolphins and get discounts on the photos. The staff was also great. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and willing to listen. Good customer service definitely makes a difference! However, there are a few things that could be improved. First, the shuttle buses stop running...

"Everting good"

"The staff was amazing and provided excellent service. However, the food options were limited, and the bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Unfortunately, since the resort became a Holiday Inn, the overall experience has not been as good as it used to be. There is definitely room for improvement in the food and accommodations."

"Very good food! Clean beach. Good customer service."

"The rooms could be nicer! But everthing else is great!"

"Nunca me subieron unas toallas que pedimos. El desayuno está muy malo."

"Amazing experience and super helpful"
