The staff were very forgiving of my limited Spanish. A little harder to get to but worth the drive. The restaurant on property was excellent. "La mansion is in a beautiful location, and has nice views of the lake. The swimming pool and hot tub (more of a warm-tub) were great. I also loved our bright yellow room with crazy tiles thoughout the bathroom. The restaurant was ok. I would recommend eating at one of the local sodas instead. Overall, a great spot if you have a car to explore the area(Including La Fortuna)"
