"Searched and booked a room for 4 ppl. Got confirmation for 1 but small print said toom was up to 4 ppl.
Only realised on the day and not even the hotel itself could tell me what I had booked. They first said it was for 1, then confirmed it was for 4, then 1 again, then 2. Did not want to fix their mistake and Hotels.com sided with them.
IF THE ROOM WAS BOOKED FOR 1X PERSON, WHY WAS THE FINAL ANSWER 2X PPL?
Also, don't be fooled by the lovely stylish pictures. Room looks like a cheap hotel and...

"Loved our time here. Rooms were clean, great size, living room and a bedroom. And location was perfect, 15 mins walk to Galeries Lafayette and Palais Garnier, restaurants along the street, boulangeries, fromagerie, pharmacy, hair salon. Hopefully we will be back soon!"

"As with many places we've stayed, location is the best feature of this hotel. If you're used to walking, it's less than 10 minutes to many attractions. Otherwise, a 2 minute walk to Metro or less than one minute to a city bus. The rooms clean, the staff very friendly and helpful, the bed comfortable. Actually fairly quiet for being in the city. As for restaurants, there aren't a lot close, but I highly recommend Hugo. Just around the corner."
