"Great Hotel, of I could more stars I would. Right off the strip, but out of the noise and chaos. The rooftop view is spectacular, nothing in front. of you except protected parklands and ocean. Our fridge happened to go down and they were prompt to replace it with a brand new refrigerator. Hotel staff were very accommodating. "

"Very clean and beautiful amenities. Food was amazing, all the restaurants and the buffet were very tasty and loved to find authentic Mexican flavours. Pools were very well cared for, a little on the cooler side but very enjoyable. The aqua park was good just wished they had more for the bigger kids like a bigger slide. My 3 kids loved the ice cream parlour and my husband and I loved the nespresso bakery, what a treat having good quality coffee 24/7. Kids also loved the kids club, though I did wish they had a little more sports. The entertainment was also great for families. My only suggestions would be to improve the bedding as the sheets were not very comfortable and neither were the pillows. The rooms were well appointed and we enjoyed the jacuzzi. Another thing we missed was lively music by the pool. It would’ve been great to have more Latin music and dance. We had great service throughout and specially appreciated the pool side and entertainment staff. Omar and Venecia were also very attentive. Most of the staff were very warm but we found some to be a little cold and very focused on the tip. Overall wonderful experience and we already can’t wait to be back. "

"The staff is amazing. The resort is clean. The food is good. Our only complaint was the night of our arrival there was a private event in the banquet room and it felt like we had a dance club in our room until 2am. Maybe bring earplugs and a sound machine? Also- there is a marina directly in front of the resort so the ocean view is obscured by boats. Overall we had a great stay. "

Staff was so friendly and helpful the concierge service, the valet people, the room service people the restaurant people the pool attendance. Everyone was so friendly and helpful.
