"We spent 6 days at Riviera Maya. Our stay was just wonderful. The property was beautiful. Our room was great. Daily housekeeping was a real treat. For the last night we upgraded to a garden suite room which was fantastic. The pool was amazing. It was off season so we had the run of the place! Hotel staff was extremely helpful. Hotel was super close to the beach! Amazing restaurants within a 5 minute walk. We will be back!"

"Location was great."

"Excelente todo! Trato del personal limpieza ubicacion"

"Super clean property. Gated parking. Staff was incredible!! Breakfast was perfect. Walking distance to the beaches. It's a bit far from Quinta, but a good walk if you're up for it. We definitely will be back. Super comfortable room; rooftop pool; everything was excellent."

"The customer service was excellent. from the moment we arrived, staff was very helpful. The hotel was clean and the food was delicious!"

"This apartment is in one of the best locations you could ask for. Everything is within walking distance, including restaurants, coffee shops, and the lively Fifth Avenue. The apartment itself was very clean, modern, and extremely well maintained. "Muy bonito lugar todo súper limpio la comunicación con el personal bueno"

"Gorgeous new Condo/hotel. Ironically, I chose this hotel because it is fairly new and I had read about other hotels having issues with water outages and lo and behold, the water pump went as we were"

"Clean room Friendly staff "

"Pop Diez was hands down a 10/10. Such an amazing experience staying here. Beautiful property, excellent rooms, fantastic roof top pool and gathering area. Can’t say enough about the staff. Friendly, helpful, very engaging. They made the trip so much more enjoyable. You will not go wrong staying here. You will not be disappointed."

"El desayuno bufet no está todos los días. Eso depende de la ocupación del hotel. Considero que deben poner solo fechas establecidas como fin de semana o algo así. Estaban trabajando en la remodelación y hacía mucho ruido en la habitación"

"It was very conveniently located next to Quinta Avenida. You can walk to many shops and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a laundromat next door, so I was able to get my laundry washed and folded at the end of my trip - a definite plus. You need to pay for parking in the area if you have a car, but it is not expensive. The front office staff can pay on your behalf ahead of time and you reimburse them when you check out."
