"The resort was lovely, with a large variety of options for eating. Our butler Carlos was amazing, and made our stay so much smoother and more enjoyable. The beach was lovely, but I do recommend water shoes, because there are some random rocks and such under the water. We had an issue with our room, but our butler Carlos, the maintenance staff, and the rest of the staff were attentive worked in a timely fashion for a solution. The staff were friendly and helpful and we really enjoyed our stay. "

"Excellent resort, very clean - bleaching the pool deck daily, amazing food and no reservations required for à la carte which removes the stress of lining up to book dinner. Highly recommend for families! Sargassum was loaded on the beach and they try their best to remove it daily. "

"We were amazed by the resort, right from the pick up from the airport ( thanks Elias) to assistance from the staff. The pool and resort were immaculate and the service was impeccable. The room was clean and very comfortable. We would like to mention the amazing staff starting with Tristan our concierge. He helped us with any questions or issues we may of had. At the pool we want to thank Chez, Francisco,Edwin and Sebastian. We have forgotten a couple names but all the pool staff were great. Our service at the restaurant was first rate. All the servers were professional, fun and made the dining experiences enjoyable. Thank you for a marvellous experience, our family truly enjoyed and appreciated such a special vacation at Grand Residences! Exceeded all our expectations. "Rooms were clean. Ours didn't have a table and chairs, but we requested and received them. Pool bottom is very rough - so surf shoes recommended. Amstar shuttle terrific"
