The highlight of my stay was the incredible staff. Every single person I interacted with was warm, friendly, funny, welcoming, and genuinely hospitable. They made me feel at home from the moment I arrived, and their level of customer service truly stood out.
A special shoutout to Jasmine, who went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. She patiently answered all of my questions, was incredibly kind, and even took photos of me while I was traveling solo. Those thoughtful gestures meant so much and made my trip even more special.
The location is fantastic and made it easy to explore Lisbon. The pool area is beautiful, peaceful, and has such a relaxing atmosphere,perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. I also really enjoyed the food, and the service throughout the hotel was consistently excellent.
My room was stylish, clean, and thoughtfully designed. I think it’s ideal for one person or up to two people for a short stay of about 3–4 days. If you’re planning a longer visit, I’d recommend looking into one of their larger room options for additional space.
My only suggestion for improvement would be to include a few more complimentary essentials in the room, such as body lotion, a travel toothbrush, and a razor. They’re small details, but they would make an already wonderful experience even better.
