"The hotel is out of ZTL zone so it is easy to enter and park the car. close to Pisa and good food. The staff was very welcoming and helped to park in blue parking. overall stay was good except we were unable to control AC and it was always 25c "
"Great property if you have limited time so that you are in the heart of the Pisa square. Getting a room with the direct view of the Pisa tower is definitely worth it even though it is on the expensive side. Bery friendly front desk and overall it was a nice stay."

"It’s like a hidden gem in the middle of a busy square. The location was perfect for walking around and it was close to many things for eg: the leaning tower was 13min walk away. Right downstairs there is a superb gelato shop and there are lots of shopping areas and restaurants nearby. The place is clean! Super cute and smells great even, almost like a spa scent. "We decided to stay here for a couple of days after flying into Italy.
We arrived late but the staff made us welcome and helped with all our bags.
The room, in the main villa, was wonderful. The grounds, pool and breakfast were great.
We had not booked at the restaurant the second night but they provided us with dinner in the villa as a ‘take out’ which saved us from having to find a restaurant after a long day visiting towns.
We plan to stay here again next time we visit Tuscany
