"This is a stunning place to stay and the breakfast is incredible. The nearby restaurant that our host recommended was terrific . The staff went out of their way to help, even after we had left things behind after we checked out & had to return to retrieve them. The tower and cathedral are a pleasant 15 minute walk away. "The apartment was conveniently located close to all the sights and restaurants. It was immaculately clean, very peaceful and we had a good size room which had mosquito mesh at the window meant we could open it. The shared kitchen was great to grab a coffee and gave us somewhere else to sit and plan our days out. The luggage storage room was useful as we arrived before check in time and left afterwards too. It's a very secure place with keypad access."

"Wonderful stay, right on the Garibaldi square and overlooking the river, in a fascinating and lively neighbourhood - lots of food choices, relatively short walk to the Piazza dei Miracoli, watched the rowers training on the Arno. The room ('Teresita') was beautifully appointed with great windows, lots of little luxurious amenities. Will highly recommend this place to everyone."

"A real hidden gem! Palazza Della Bianca is amazingly comfortable and clean; simply breathtaking. Walkable to the Leaning Tower, many restaurants, and souvenir shops. Owner, Ivanka, was extremely friendly and helpful as we needed to arrange transportation back to the train station at the end of our visit. Highly recommend this hotel!!"

"* Room was in good size and clean. * You need to bring your own cup because they don't provide any cup. * Check in was not convenient. This property doesn't have front desk. We contacted the property several days before arrival. They sent us the keypad codes for entrances. But one of the entrance code doesn't work. After contact them through the email they provided on the wall and waited for a while somebody came and opened door for us and gave us the correct code."

"We booked a “Romantic Double Room”. In reality, there was nothing romantic about the room. It was extremely small and almost claustrophobic. There was no space for our bags in the closet, so we had to keep them on the floor. None of the hangers were suitable for pants—and one of them was a homemade wire hanger.
