"This place is a guest house, you book a bedroom and have access to a table and a Small kitchenette and microwave oven. Every room has a private bathroom and TV, but no TV services. Federico is very responsive and friendly, there’s a parking lot nearby and the area is very safe at night."

"The apartment was conveniently located close to all the sights and restaurants. It was immaculately clean, very peaceful and we had a good size room which had mosquito mesh at the window meant we could open it. The shared kitchen was great to grab a coffee and gave us somewhere else to sit and plan our days out. The luggage storage room was useful as we arrived before check in time and left afterwards too. It's a very secure place with keypad access."

"A real hidden gem! Palazza Della Bianca is amazingly comfortable and clean; simply breathtaking. Walkable to the Leaning Tower, many restaurants, and souvenir shops. Owner, Ivanka, was extremely friendly and helpful as we needed to arrange transportation back to the train station at the end of our visit. Highly recommend this hotel!!"

"Wonderful stay, right on the Garibaldi square and overlooking the river, in a fascinating and lively neighbourhood - lots of food choices, relatively short walk to the Piazza dei Miracoli, watched the rowers training on the Arno. The room ('Teresita') was beautifully appointed with great windows, lots of little luxurious amenities. Will highly recommend this place to everyone."

"Great place.  If you are coming to PISA, stay here.  Less than 5 minute walk to the Leaning Tower and the vibrant restaurant and shopping area. Rooms are really nice, comfortable beds and come with a large bathroom.  Hot water and great water pressure too!  Lovely host, Francesca greeted us and handled all of our requests at check in!  Parking on site made the 1 day excursion to Pisa a pleasant and fun experience.  Lovely outdoor seating and dining too. I feel lucky to have found this place....

"* Room was in good size and clean. * You need to bring your own cup because they don't provide any cup. * Check in was not convenient. This property doesn't have front desk. We contacted the property several days before arrival. They sent us the keypad codes for entrances. But one of the entrance code doesn't work. After contact them through the email they provided on the wall and waited for a while somebody came and opened door for us and gave us the correct code."

"What a great hotel in the heart of Pisa. 1 street from the main street and just a short walk to the leaning tower. They have parking so that wasnt an issue at all. Very friendly staff fir sure. The breakfast was great with several options from cereal to charcuterie. Strongly recommend staying here."
