The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, spotless, and full of character. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. Everything about our stay was comfortable and seamless. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Pisa."

"A real hidden gem! Palazza Della Bianca is amazingly comfortable and clean; simply breathtaking. Walkable to the Leaning Tower, many restaurants, and souvenir shops. Owner, Ivanka, was extremely friendly and helpful as we needed to arrange transportation back to the train station at the end of our visit. Highly recommend this hotel!!"
