"The room was very clean and as described - the kitchen included all the things you need for a shortish stay, we were able to cook dinner when we wanted to. Site lovely and quiet - out of town but with easy access to a bus route or the beachfront walkway. The beds are very hard - it's put me off ever having a memory foam mattress! Although there are safe's in the room, you have to pay rental for a key to use them (it's the same rule for the air conditioning remotes) which seems a bit much when...

"All of the hotel is clean. Staff are very welcoming. The hotel is very family friendly. We've been here several times and have enjoyed each experience."

"Lovely hotel and super friendly staff. Rooms huge . Areas of wear and tear in rooms. The breakfast buffet was very poor worse one we’ve ever had. Hot food was luke warm. Lunch buffet worse than breakfast buffet . So much so we only used it twice we decided to pay to eat out despite having paid half board. Shame the food seriously lets the hotel down and belonging to such a large chain of hotels this should not be the case"

Two comments: 1. The tennis rackets are in very poor condition, so bring your own if you want to play 2. "Notre séjour a été au delà de nos attentes. Dès notre arrivée, avant même la remise des clés, nous avons été accueillis avec égard (une serviette pour nous nettoyer les mains, un rafraîchissement). Ensuite, le personnel tout au long du séjour a été très serviable, souriant et nous a même aidé par rapport à une excursion que nous avions pris en dehors de l’hôtel. "Es un lugar donde no volvería, el alojamiento mediocre con unos muebles antiguos, la mesa del salon estaba que no se podía mover porque se rompia, pocas cosas en la cocina que son basicas, tienen un tendedero en un espacio de una mini terraza pero no tienen lavadora, lo peor me desapareció la tarjeta de crédito en mi habitación y lo comente en recepción y me dijeron que lo comunicariarn a dirección y no he recibido ni siquiera una llamada al respecto, pasotismo maximo.
