"Apartments are spacious and well appointed. Newly refurbished bathrooms were great and everything was very clean. Dishwasher and washing machine so useful. Loved the private outdoor space and comfortable loungers and chairs. Pools were heated and large. Pool bar was friendly. We loved it!"

"The only negative was house keeping, they didn’t leave towels or top up any of the tea/coffee/milk in the rooms and they sisnt give you a ticket to get out of the car parks as it was free to park in the adults only royal level "

"Great hotel. Very well located near the marina restaurants. Staff were lovely, always smiling and going out of their war to help. We went "preferred" which gave us access to a minibar with beer, soft drinks and crisps while also had access to a snack room with sandwiches and other snacks - this was great value for money. Rooms were a good size, shower was superb and lovely pool area. We would def come here again."

"Great hotel, we booked the Prestige package, which was very much worth it, daily free spa access, unlimited bottled water and access to the restaurants (as a substitute for the buffet dinner). Two comments: 1. The tennis rackets are in very poor condition, so bring your own if you want to play 2. The late check out (which is included in the Prestige package depending availability) was a bit cumbersome to get arranged, we ended up having to talk to the hotel manager to use this benefit, but in...

"I cannot fault the hotel in any way. My girlfriend and I had the most amazing experience. The greeting we received from the staff when we arrived, to the spotless room. The restaurant el Vulcan was amazing! We visited the spa also, another fantastic experience. Thank you to all the staff for an amazing hospitality- it was second to none. "A very enjoyable 5 nights stay. Breakfast has something to suit everyone and staff were excellent at keeping food topped-up and plates cleared. Plenty of room around the good sized hotel pool and the activities provided by staff were welcome. The hotel is clean and in good condition, with renovation clearly happening. As we were there at a quiet time, we were given a room upgrade and the room with lounge was spacious and fresh. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, shops and beaches close-by...
