Excellent!

Pool area was lovely and very clean. Bus stop was just outside and ran every 30 mins til after 10pm to the busier areas of Playa Blanca and Marina Rubicon. The apartments and grounds were spotlessly clean and very well maintained. Lots of love went into this place !

Nice apartahotel near Playa Blanca

The apartment was well-distributed, the balcony was large, the cleaning personnel were friendly and service-minded. The parking was free and roofed, which was really nice. The surroundings were nice, close to Playa Blanca/Puerto Blanco, but the apartahotel is actually in Las Coloradas. All in all a very nice experience and comes highly recommended.

Property is lovely, beds are comfy although pillows are not. TV did not have any English Channels, only Spanish and lots of German. The pool area is nice although there is no refreshment bar which would have been nice. Not much in the area, dining and shops is very limited.

good BUT

The apartments are fine ,the area is lovely ,local bars and restaurants are first class. But there are no facilities within Cay Beach, no cafe bar or shop. The room cleaning leaves a lot to be desired,in fact it was awful, but you did get lots of towels.

Lovely accommodation but in a very quiet area

Myself and teenage Daughter stayed for 4 nights in a 1 bed apartment. Spacious and clean, very few cooking utensils so hard to self cater but we did not plan to do so, so not a problem. Pool area very large and plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas with Lifeguard bringing them to you when requested. They are at the far end of Playa Blanca so a good walk to where the variety of bars and restaurants are but there were a few close by, as well as a well stocked supermarket. Bus stops right outside and takes you the whole length of the resort, as well as taxi rank nearby or hotel will call you one. No facilities on site to get any food or drink, no pool bar or water dispensers.

Stayed here for a week with my son, we had an amazing time. The apartments are a little way from the main areas but we were aware of this before we booked and really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere. Pool was also excellent.

Air conditioning was best ive had. TV channels or lack of, is only thing that lets it down. Most in German. Not one UK channel. No Netfix either. Rooms are fine. Could do with a laundry room for longer stays.

On arriving, our room had a small flood (leaking from the boiler) However, the staff were very good, and put us in another room. The very next day they had replaced the boiler with a new one and we were back in our original room. The rooms were very clean, tidy, and very spacious, and situated in a way that every apartment had its own privacy space. Staff very helpful. Bus stop directly outside that ran every 30 minutes to the centre of Playa Blanca and was only €1.40.

Het app. was ruim. en had lekkere bedden. Bijna dagelijkse schoonmaak (schone handdoeken en schone, opgemaakte bedden. Het app. was wel wat gedateerd, de airco werkte niet in alle kamers en de keukeninrichting was zeer minimaal.

Spacious apartment with beautiful view from the large patio. Apartment is basically furnished and minimal kitchen (no oven, only 2 ring hob). Spacious pool & deck area which would benefit from more regular cleaning especially at busy times. Jacuzzi not hot and pool would be more enjoyable if heated. Laundry room only opened whilst lifeguard is on duty (as he uses it as a base). No wi-fi on the pool deck but good signal in the apartment. No iron in apartment or laundry room and if requested there is an additional charge. Safety deposit box also incurs an additional charge.
