Lovely hotel in a great location

Outstanding hotel. Very quiet and peaceful. Staff cannot do enough for you. Food excellent and bar prices not bad for a hotel. Room has everything you need. Perfect location for the beach and town centre

Excellent hotel. Welcome drink on arrival. Staff are very friendly. Room appears to have been recently renovated. Hotel was quiet. Largely couples in their 45 - 60s. Perfect if you’re looking for somewhere to relax. Food and drinks weren’t overpriced. No issues with the wifi and there are usb plugs by the bed. Would stay again if in the area.

Hotel staff very friendly. Heated swimming pool was a pluss for me. Location of hotel was perfect as it was right in the middle of everything and 200 meters from the beach. Overall we had a good stay. The Hotel Wi Fi connection was hit and miss but that didn't bother me.

Sarah in reception was really friendly and helpful. As per my room, the shower had a design issue and when using it the water would come out of the shower almost to the room. The rest of the room and terrace was lovely. There were good options at breakfast. Thank you very much to all staff, I had a great time.

Enjoyable stay.

Very nice hotel, with friendly staff and good catering. I made good use of the gym whilst I was there. Unfortunately the pool was closed during my stay (w/c 5th June 2023) - but guests were able to use the pool at H10's sister hotel around the corner, which was really nice.

Relaxing and easy stay, great staff

The hotel is comfortable and clean, its a very relaxing and quiet hotel. Its very easy staying here as the staff are so friendly and helpful. The food is outstanding, i did half board and the breakfast buffet and dinner are amazing, with the best dessert buffet, i had a large plate of cakes every night! The pool area is good, never had to fight for a lounger and often got a free cocktail round the pool. The small gym clean and easy to use. Totally recommend this hotel, but pay the extra for a pool or garden view, much better! Thank you h10 for a very relaxing and enjoyable stay :-)

Typical H10 hotel

As you would expect from this group, clean and comfortable with excellent bed and breakfast. The gym was small however and the outdoor pool was ladder entry only. No lifts but there are ground floor rooms.

Dear Hotel H10 Ocean Dunas, I would like to point out that unfortunately the cleanliness of our room left something to be desired. Our sheets were only changed once in 9 days, and only after reporting it to the front desk. We were originally booked in to H10 Ocean Dunas but on arrival found pool was nearly all fenced off with building work being carried out. Hotel claimed we should have been advised but Expedia had no mention of it on website on booking or on our arrival. We asked to be moved and we’re offered H10 Suites further up the road. The hotel is ok but tired and in need of refurbishment. The rooms need updating and painting with new furnishings. The hotel needs a deep clean as cockroaches were in our room and several other guests reported the same. The family pool area ( we didn’t visit the other pool area) again needs updating. The beds need updating and there just aren’t enough. Worse though far too few parasols which many were old and broken or cheaply repaired. Of the 3 large parasols in the pool bar area 2 were broken and had tears in the parasol hood. Overall outside was reasonably maintained but there was minor building work on for our last week although not intrusive. Food is ok and buffet style but unlike other half board we’ve stayed at the drink with evening meal was chargeable . Overall hotel is ok but needs an overhaul . The first hotel should have been closed and we should have been offered a move on arrival rather than have to ask. It was half empty with building materials visible a great big fence around most of the pool. Personally we would not return to the H10s in Corralejo although that is our preference . Staff overall were good but it needs improvements.

Der sehr schöne Innenbereich mit Pool und Palmen hat mir gefallen. Das gefühlt 90% Engländer da waren (alle sehr nett) nicht so, da ich nicht gut englisch spreche. Nachmittags oder abends als Dessert hätte ich gerne Eis (evtl. Eis Truhe mit 3 Sorten) gehabt.

Lugnt hotell med pool och näta till bad och nöjen.

Härligt hotell för bara vuxna. Lugnt och skönt, vi köpte till halvpension som var ett lyckat drag, mycket god mat. Vi har bott på samma hotell en gång tidigare men nu hade en nybyggare tagit över och det kändes lyxigare. Skönaste hotellsängar jag någonsin sovit . Personalen gör allt försatt man ska trivas.

Es ist ein schönes Hotel. Was mir nicht so gefallen hat, ist die Poolanlage. Die Liegestühle waren zu dich aneinander gereihnt und zu wenig Büsche wo Schatten gaben. Essen war gut und war manchmal zu fad. Umgebung sehr gut und nahe Einkaufsstrassen und Restaurants.

Fantastisk personal på hotellet, så himla hjälpsamma med allt från hyra bil till att tipsa om restauranger osv, och läget är perfekt till både ”stan” & strand ☺️ Ingen hiss dock (endast två våningar), men kan vara bra att veta. Kunde plockat lite löv från poolen under dagen, då det kommer från trädet ovanför. Frukosten var bra :)

What a great find. This hotel was perfect for us - really peaceful pool area, amazing food and service, great central location in lovely Corralejo. The room was gorgeous and we loved our little balcony. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
