Residence Capitaine Paoli had friendly staff and was in a good location near multiple metro stops. The neighborhood was lively, with much to explore right around the hotel.

Es war alles total positiv, sauber und einwandfrei. Außer einer Kleinigkeit: Der Nachtportier hat unsere Ankunft leider nicht mitbekommen und die Klingel nicht gehört, da er drinnen Karten gespielt hat. So mussten wir warten bis andere Gäste kamen und uns reinlassen. Ansonsten waren alle Mitarbeiter aber sehr freundlich und haben auch ausreichen Englisch gesprochen.

J'avais demandé une chambre tranquille lors de la réservation loin des ascenseurs et on m'a donné celle en face de l'ascenseur et donnant sur un resto-bar bruyant: fenêtres sans insonorisation. Impossible de dormir. J'ai voulu changer de chambre et la personne à la réception a confirmé que c'était complet, sans aucune sympathie. Pas d'excuses, pas de dédommagement. Ils auraient pu au moins offrir le déjeuner pour l’inconvénient. Hôtel parfait pour passer une nuit blanche.

Hotel en excelente condición,muy limpio todo. El personal fue muy amable al recibirnos. Lo único malo es que está un poco lejos del centro de la ciudad pero hay una estación de metro muy cerca y eso facilita la movilidad.

Calidad precio correcto. Esta al lado del metro. Nuestra habitación que daba detras super tranquila, perfecta para descansar. Se podría mejorar poniendo nevera en las habitaciones(mueble bar), y quitar moqueta, es solo mi opinión. Porque la estancia ha sido muy agradable y el servicio muy atento. Repetiría seguro.

Les chambres étaient très propre, confortable et surtout bien insonorisée ! Il manquait dans la chambre pour qu'elle soit parfaite , un frigo et un four micro-ondes !! Mais le personnel à l’accueil était à l'écoute et très gentil ! Ils m'ont permis d'utiliser un de leur frigo ! D'ailleurs tout le personnel était attentionné et gentil !!

The hotel is one block from the Colonel Fabien metro station and is in a safe area. My room was clean and compact with a spacious and modern bathroom and a firm but comfortable bed. I appreciated the coffee/tea unit and the fact that your key card unlocks the front door. The staff is helpful and kind. Just one drawback: the curtains are not a tight fit to the window and allow in light. This hotel is a good value.
