Outside very off putting. Lots of spiral steps if you stay on top floor. Apartment was good, clean , had everything needed in great location. Walking distance to all main attractions with shopping centre round the corner as well as train station. Overall good place to stay for price and location. Host very attentive

The apt was very clean when we arrived, could do with some sprucing up but everything promised was available and the area is great, slap bang in the middle of a shopping area and only 25 mins for CDG. The WiFi was a like slow but still decent considering we were really just there for sleeping

The room was really small and the toilet is very small. Also, stairs were really tight and if you are carrying a big suitcase then it will be challenging one to climb on to the second floor. It will be a good one for a couple but didn't work with three people (2 adults and a 15 year old). The room is in prime location next to the Westfield shopping centre and 10 mins walk to Louvre museum, and easy access to metro station. Overall, it is a good size property for a couple who enjoys the shopping and the tourism.

Property was very close and convenient to the Metro! Staff was very helpful and responded quickly. Fan was helpful as we were there during heatwave. Was loud at night but it was expected as there are MANY restaurants around. Pictures of place were accurate. Good place to stay for convenience!

The room was clean and quiet. There were lots of restaurants, shops and the metro nearby. The room we stayed in was on the 5th floor up a very narrow spiral staircase so be prepared to carry your luggage up and down that staircase.

Small tiny Appartment - I don’t consider this as hotel No AC, no window nets, can’t open window as mosquitos fly in like wild and leave mosquito bites everywhere Very narrow entrance with very narrow staircase which is very steep and dangerous to walk in. You almost can’t bring your luggages in due to a narrow space In terms of outside of the building, there always a notice until 2-3Am as there restaurant next door that is open from 4pm to 2am. Also there is an army of mice and rats at nights running across the building when looking out of the window and hear their sound

Great little studio

Fantastic location and wonderful studio apartment. Could not be more centrally located with restaurants all around and a Monoprix 50 yds away. Only slight issue is the narrow stairs which were a little tricky for my size 11 feet.

Not ideal for families (especially with kids)! As no parking outside the property, so have to park far and carry your luggage for a long walk! Parking is €4.50 for a 15 minutes stay in the street 2 blocks down the road and €43 per 24 hours at the shopping centre nearby! Dated building with narrow staircase. Not suitable for families with kids!

Lo bueno: - Situación: la céntrico que está, aunque la parte del Les Halles y el parque de Nelson Mandela, nos ha parecido una zona sucia y poco cuidada, gente con no muy buena pinta aunque es cierto que todo el mundo va a lo suyo y no he visto problemas en la zona. -Apartamento: limpio, pero el 5° puso, unos 87 escalones, con dos niñas y maletas, no vuelvo está claro una paliza. Estaba limpio pero una alfombra que creo que sobra en agosto y que no sabemos cuando fue la ultima vez que la limpiaron y la ventana se nos ocurrió abrirla y creo que no ha dado limpiada nunca, todo muy nuevo eso sí pero muy pequeño, cama doble con dos colchones uno duro y el otro destrozado, hundido, muy mal la verdad, el sofá cama normal pero todo junto apenas queda hueco. A destacar como detalle te dejan dos botellitas de agua y unas cápsulas de café. Algo más que añadir, la zona por las calles de detrás bonitas, quitando algún vagabundo y gente bebiendo y con malas pintas, las calles traseras muy bonitas y llamativas para pasear, lo cual hace que haya bastante ruido y lo de dejar la ventana abierta imposible, de hecho de las dos ventanas que teníamos una persiana rota y no subía ni bajaba. En cuanto a la atención muy buena, Sofía es la persona que ha contactado conmigo, muy amable, atenta y con predisposición a ayudarnos en lo necesario, de hecho pedimos unos ventiladores y allí estaban cuando llegamos. No volveríamos por: los 87 escalones, el ruido, la zona de Les Halles

Chambre propre mais vieille. Les photos sont plus belles que la réalité. Rideaux laissent passer la luminosité, très désagréable pour dormir. Oreillers énormes et inconfortables. Troisième étage, escalier miniature très difficile d’y monter des valises.
