It was a good stay. Breakfast got really busy at time but that is expected given the amount of people that stay in the hotel. Room service was prompt and the staff were responsive and polite. Clarisse was very nice as the breakfast hostess and made sure I was taken care of each day.

Stayed for a visit to the tennis taking place nearby. Flight delays meant I checked in at midnight but the staff were very helpful. Room very clean & spacious. Kettle with tea & coffee but no milk containers or creamer sachets. Breakfast was a good spread but seating hard to find. The breakfast in a bag for my early checkout had a good variety included.

Awesome staffing, everyone from the valet parking individuals, the front desk, the restaurant staff to the cleaning lady everyone showed care and was very helpful. My wife, two little daughters and I checked in for 4 nights and felt safe, comfortable and happy to be in this hotel.

Excellent hotel right next to the main La Defence area. Some building work in the area but fantastic location and great hotel. Breakfast is expensive though. Excellent location and staff were very helpful. Speak multiple languages

Very helpful, kind and attentive staff. Reasonable price vs conditions ratio (compared to other Paris hotels which are quite expensive compared to other top hotels in other places in the world without necessarily having good conditions or services). This was my second stay at a Pullman Hotel in Europe and I was not disappointed. I definitely recommend this hotel.

We spent 4 fantastic days at Pullman La Défense and we are absolutely delighted! Everything was perfect – the rooms were impeccably clean, which we truly appreciated. The breakfasts were delicious, with a wide variety of options to satisfy everyone. The staff at the reception was extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to answer our questions or fulfill any requests. Another highlight was the beautiful, well-equipped gym, which we enjoyed using. The hotel also boasts a great location – easy access to the metro and trains, with shops, shopping malls, a Paul’s bakery, an ice rink, and a wonderful Christmas Market nearby. There are plenty of attractions to make each day enjoyable! Our stay at the hotel was an amazing experience – we’ll definitely be back!

The property is fine so I will share what’s nearby instead? There is a Westfield mall towards the back of the hotel (15min walk). Several dining places are in and around the mall. If craving for brands like Chipotle, Kentucky Fried Chicken, the world’s famous Starbucks and McDonald, it’s there!

I stayed at Pullman Paris La Défense. While the hotel itself has a good location and offers comfortable rooms, my experience was unfortunately overshadowed by a serious security incident. On my first night, just after midnight, another guest entered my room using a key card that had been mistakenly issued by the front desk. I was asleep at the time and was startled to find a stranger inside my room. Although the guest apologized and explained that the card had been provided to him by reception, this was a very frightening experience and a major breach of safety and privacy. The management later (after 2 days and repeat complaints) apologized and offered compensation in the form of loyalty points, but the situation should never have occurred in the first place. For a property of this standard, I expected stricter security protocols to prevent such incidents. I hope the hotel takes corrective measures to ensure guest security in the future.

I would not consider this a 5 star hotel. Everything was fine. Although not requiring it I had a modified room for a disabled guest. This likely meant the space was roomier than perhaps a normal room which I personally found helpful. Given proximity to CNIT and conferences there’s often seemed to be long lines for check in
