Clean room, helpful staff- very lovely receptionists. It’s a good concept to have a communal area with 24/7 snacks and coffee. Really lovely spot to wind down between the day and dinner. Reasonably priced too. It’s close to the station and one can easily get into the city and go about.

Big room. Excellent view if you select it to sacre court and Eiffel Tower. Hotel is a bit offset in Paris but thanks to RER E it become close to almost everything. Good to take in consideration as it offer a good value for such size of room and the view on sacre court and Eiffel Tower.

This hotel enjoys watching souls break in slow motion. Check-in was nerve wrecking. We were up at 4 AM for an early flight. We arrived after 2 PM, hoping for a shut-eye, but the room wasn’t ready. According to the receptionist the check-out was 12 PM (and it seems 2 hours are not enough to clean the room). When asked when it would be ready, the receptionist replied, «I don’t want to make any promises». After calling Expedia and speaking with a manager we finally got our room, which was ready all along. At this time it was well beyond 2 PM — almost an hour. They did offer us the option of checking into an uncleaned room, because we were so eager to get checked-in. We didn’t get compensated. As for their always available snack and beverage selection, let’s just say that disappointment tastes better. Location: Less “charming Paris” and more urban. No picturesque boulangeries, no coffee worth mentioning. And dear management — don’t bother writing a cheery apology. I know the reply template by heart. No apology will make up for the heartbreak that was OKKO Rosa Parks. Let’s just agree — I’m not coming back to OKKO, and you’re not winning any awards for hospitality anytime soon. To the travellers: spend a little bit more and stay at a different place.

A very nice hotel all the staff was extremely nice and helpful. The only thing that was a little weird was the hospital across the walkway they had some interesting characters out there, but everything else was absolutely great and I loved the fact that they offered different kind of snacks and breakfast throughout the day with some really cool juices and items

Okko Rosa Parks was so easy to get to from Gare du Nord one short bus ride away. The area was friendly well connedced by bus, Tram and Tube. Close enough to all the main attractions and still offered a local feel. The hotel itself was modern the staff was friendly and we were able to see the some of the landmarks from our room with a city view. Over all a great stay and I would definitely book again.
