I love this hotel. Easy access to the the metro line. There are also lots of restaurants nearby. I would book here again when I go back visit Paris.

Room was nice. Definitely on the smaller side but that is to be expected for that style of stay, just know the pictures are taken well and make it look like it’s slightly bigger than it is. Location is amazing! Food, groceries, pharmacies, public transportation is all within a 10 minute walk. Would recommend staying if traveling in a group 3 or less.

The apartment was delightful. The entrance & central courtyard were so inviting with greenery, cafe tables & gorgeous lights. The beds were very comfy, the shower great & the kitchen facilities were perfect. The ladder to the loft was steep so probably not suitable for older people, especially getting to the toilet at night. A great place to stay for location too, a short walk to the subway. Would definitely stay again.

Aesthetically pleasing, within a secure complex, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, Patios du Marais is located within walking distance of major attractions such as the Louvre and Notre Dame. Very nice stay. Was walkable to everything we wanted to see. The stay was lovely and our sleeps were very enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again the next time we visit. (Was also super nice to have a kitchen)

Great location and great property. Note that for longer stays you would need to supply your own Nespresso pods and toilet paper as they only supply a small amount. It gives you a feel for the Parisian life style. Very close to the Metro, great dining option nearby as well as supermarkets. We enjoyed our stay tremendously

Guys this was a very nice stay atmosphere of the room and courtyard was fantastic really felt like a part of Paris not a big hotel chain feel and absolutely no space in the room but if your looking for a quiet quaint stay this is it Allez on y va !

Besides the mouse staying in the room with us during our stay, the place was decent. Had all basics needed but I felt the bathroom of the room we stayed in had a bad setup. You have to jump the toilet to go in and it was like 2ftx2ft, tight turning around. We had a nice patio with our room though.

The duplex we stayed in was clean and a good size. The sofa bed was comfortable. The TV worked and WiFi was decent speed. The ceiling for the bedroom was extremely low and the upstairs bedroom was good but really impractical to be able to get to the toilet in the night as you had to either climb over the first bed or exit the bedroom to the main door which required code to get in. There was a mouse in the apartment which we saw droppings of and actually saw the mouse. Only tiny cups which for a cup of English tea was not enough It is lovely and quiet on a nice side street
