Room was nice. Definitely on the smaller side but that is to be expected for that style of stay, just know the pictures are taken well and make it look like it’s slightly bigger than it is. Location is amazing! Food, groceries, pharmacies, public transportation is all within a 10 minute walk. Would recommend staying if traveling in a group 3 or less.

Aesthetically pleasing, within a secure complex, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, Patios du Marais is located within walking distance of major attractions such as the Louvre and Notre Dame. The apartment was delightful. The entrance & central courtyard were so inviting with greenery, cafe tables & gorgeous lights. The beds were very comfy, the shower great & the kitchen facilities were perfect. The ladder to the loft was steep so probably not suitable for older people, especially getting to the toilet at night. A great place to stay for location too, a short walk to the subway. Would definitely stay again.

Great location and great property. Note that for longer stays you would need to supply your own Nespresso pods and toilet paper as they only supply a small amount. It gives you a feel for the Parisian life style. Very close to the Metro, great dining option nearby as well as supermarkets. We enjoyed our stay tremendously
